Its SpenCore layer absorbs shock and reduces friction to improve overall foot comfort. Available in multiple sizes for correct arch placement and a better overall fit, comfort and performance. I got these for Christmas. My mom said they helped to cure her plantar fascitis. Unfortunately, they do not work for me. Maybe it is because my shoe is too tight with the insoles inserted, but the tip of the insole (under your toes) isn't stiff and crumples up instead of holding its shape, and the insole doesn't stay in place. I had to take them out, they didn't work for my Hokas.

purchased insoles, said it would arrive in 7days.it took25 days alot of stresss trying to locate package said it was sent ups but gave me code for us post office

While it is a comfortable insole insert… it’s very hard to get in the shoe. It keeps folding up at the toe…. I’m not really impressed with it.

I now have 3 pairs of these orthotics, which were recommended by my podiatrist. They are the best nonprescription orthotics I've ever had, and offer great support. A very good value for the price.

Excellent support. Now I see everything at the local pharmacies as 'knock offs' and wannabes. Def worth the $ and wait ! Took two weeks to get so don't delay.
