The Spenco Ground Control High Arch Shoe Insoles were designed to reduce excess material around the heel to smooth out your foot-strike. With updated learning on the mechanics of the foot, Ground Control seeks to work with the foot, not against it. The neutrally positioned center-of-pressure design centers the foot and reduces pronation forces. Features: Perforated EVA body. Nylon arch support. Polymer forefoot pad for energy return. Polymer heel pad for energy absorption. Anti-slip textured nylon fabric with Silpure Antimicrobial to reduce odor. Decoupled heel. Sizing: X-Small - US Women's 5-6, US Men's 3-4. Good for Plantar Fasciitis
I tried multiple inserts and found that the Ground Control High Arch worked the best for me. Made my Plantar Fasciitis and multiple stress fractures tolerable.
