Inaccurate sizing
These do not fit in my shoes despite they are the correct size. I've contacted the company to exchange them and they haven't returned my 2 messages.

High arches, long distance walking, happier feet!
Training for a 500 mile walk and realized I needed more arch support than my spendy trail runner shoes provided. These insoles have definitely made a huge difference, most notably on 12+ mile hikes. FWIW: I was able to apply Engo patches to these insoles & the interior of my Topo shoes—after about 80 miles of use, they haven’t come loose.

Absorbs Shock
I bought these last month because I was having foot issues and needed a little help with protecting my feet from injury. I walk on concrete all day and these seemed to help protect the balls of my feet and heels from too much pounding. I'd still have some foot fatigue but no more pain and so that works for my needs.

Unprecedented Comfort
My Physical Therapist told me I needed these inserts and he was spot on! Cushioning and arch support have turned painful hikes into pure pleasure.

Feet hurt..Now they DON’T

Strong, lasting chemical smell in product
Sorry to say the Cross Trainers I have worn for years have to be set aside in a separate room for at least a month before they are close to using. The last 3 orders -from different vendors- all reeked upon opening and putting away for out gassing. These cannot be worn right away, which is most regrettable. Please fix the problem!

Great product!
I used to put these inserts into my Army boots. I now use them in my running shoes and most other shoes. I was still a teenager then. I’m almost 60 now, and think these things are one of the reasons I can keep going. Truly a great insole!!

Only So-So
I have plantar fascitis in both heels. I was hoping that these inserts, recommended by my orthopedist, would solve the problem. Well, the inserts are of some help, but I was hoping for a bigger decrease in pain.

If you have plantar fasciitis, we would recommend that you wear the Total Support Original insole! It is more supportive in the arch to deal with the symptoms of your condition.
