Spenco Ground Control High Arch Shoe Insoles

Recommended by my podiatrist ... the insert is assisting in removing some of the pain from walking with a bunion. Enough relief I can get a 5 mile walk in with minimal pain. That is a win for anyone!

Absolutely love the Ground Support curvy fit. There is finally a deep heel cup from Spenco that allows the fat pad under the heel to function normally. The arch support is semi flexible it puts a springy feel into your step. There’s a perfectly sized almond shaped sesamoid/metatarsal pad that is soft, not too hard. Personally I’d like a slightly more rigid arch because I have flat feet and over-pronate and even the High Arch version of this orthotic does not quite support my arches enough. But everything else about the design works perfectly for me. A cupped heel is great for people with flat feet because it offers stability control in addition to normal function of the fat pad under the heel. Maybe Spenco would be willing to come out with a stronger arch support in this product line?

The deeper heel cup makes this a better choice for me over the popular colored competitor in my work boots

Please continue making the high arch, so far they are the best on the market.

These high arch inserts really have helped relieve the heel pain I was having. I tried other inserts but they did not have the higher arch that my foot needed. These are also very thin and work well in all of my shoes, even dress shoes. Thanks Spenco.

My Chiropractor suggested Spenco insoles as I had a another well know brand, my Chiropractor said they were for average people. With my feet issues he said the quality of the Spenco’s are much better and he was absolutely right the bottom of the sole is totally different then the other brand. These are great for running shoes, comfortable and light and fit well in running shoes and my work shoes. Immediate adjustment and I enjoy the fact that there’s no real added weight to the shoe and thin enough to not reduce the feel of the shoe. You less restriction but have support. Buying another pair.

The podiatrist told me that my arch was collapsing. He recommended these.I was skeptical; it seemed to me that the pain was too strong to be helped by an insole. I've been wearing these for a week. My pain was cut way down as soon as I put my weight on them, and completely gone in 30 minutes. If I load the foot too heavily, I still get a twinge that tells me to back off, but moderate walking is now pain free. I'm ordering another pair today.
