Slow, pointless
I wish I had read the reviews instead of just looking at the overall stats rating for this before I bought it. Despite the description of this being “new and improved,” the one I received was awful. Like other reviewers have said, the buttons are hard to push, it is a little big in a toddlers mouth, and worst of all, the power is weak. I assumed I had received one with a dying battery only to find out that even with a brand new battery, the brush barely spins once pushed even lightly to a tooth and quickly gets slower and slower during that same brush attempt. I wish I could get my money back because this is going in the garbage.

Cute, but non-functional
Wish we had read the reviews before buying this toothbrush. As others have said, we opened the package and we found it had virtually no power. As soon as it touches a tooth, it stops spinning. We’ve been buying Colgate brand electric brushes but my daughter loved the Gabby’s dollhouse design so we tried this for a change and am glad I bought one of the Colgate’s too as a back up!

If I could rate this negative a million, I would. This whole brand - Spinbrush - is just terrible. First, the button is difficult to push for an adult let alone a child. Second, the brush is extremely weak. If I wanted a manual brush, I would have purchased one especially at a cheaper price point. I purchased one initially and just thought we got one with the battery dying out. Then, I decided to give it a second try. ALL OF THEM ARE LIKE THIS. Why?!?! Such a waste of money for an electric brush. Do yourself a favor and just get the oral B kind. Spinbrush is just trash

Mold buildsl up
The toothbrush is very cute, but not effective. I had to throw them out after noticing mold building up in the head. Black and green-tinged water would drain from the holes—absolutely gross.

Only lasts a few months
We bought the toothbrush in December, and by January it had stopped working. Bought new batteries, and it continued not to work. So we got a new one in January, and in May (5 months later), again, stopped working. Tried several different batteries and it won't work. Disappointed we went through 2 in 6 months and are left with no working toothbrushes.

Incompatible with replacement brushes.
I can’t believe you can’t replace the brush head on this brush. I would never have purchased this if I realized that. I find this brand’s marketing deliberately misleading. Aside from that, the brush says it is for ages 3+ but the brush head was too large and the handle too heavy for my 5.5 year old to navigate well.

This is cute but there are a number of issues... even with a new battery, the vibration barely works, the brush head is actually kind of big and oddly shaped for a small mouth, there are some rubber bits which attract dirt and mold, the buttons are difficult to push for little fingers, and I didn't realize but the head is not replaceable.

Not worth it- I'd choose the colgate brand
I changed the batteries because I thought that would change the speed of brush, but every time I brush my girls teeth the brush just stops working. I prefer the Colgate electric toothbrush at same price, it’s just not as cute for my girls.

Good for kids electric but not great
Lasts awhile. The bristles get bent before the battery runs out. I would love if I could change the top rather than get a new brush. Easy for my 4 and 6 year old to turn on and use on their own. Update: batteries ran o it after a short while of use. Good for only 5 dollars but wish it lasted longer

Does Not Work
Bought this one and a Spidey themed Spinbrush for my kids for Christmas and they NEVER worked properly. As soon as you put any pressure on the spinning piece would stop moving. This is after we had replaced the batteries. Would not recommend.
