Q: They shortened the battery life as many complained. This only lasts few days or a week and battery dies. Why did they shorten the battery life? Will they offer refund?

A: Hi Tbrown, This is sold as a mixed case, so unfortunately there is no way to select a specific character. Instead, the selection will result in either a Chase, Marshall or Skye 1 CT brush. Thank you.

My son gets super excited to brush his teeth with this…unfortunately this toothbrush just doesn’t work. I understand the need to be gentle since it’s for kids but it stops spinning as soon as it touches his tooth.

The big drawback for me is that it is very noisy. It is so noisy, in fact so noisy my 3 year old refuses to use it. Definitely not something I will purchase in the future.

The battery has still lasted even though it has been used at least 2X a day for two minutes long. It gets all of the gunk and food out, you can’t even tell is battery operated. The price is affordable, and it makes brushing their teeth fun.

I love this toothbrush because it cleans her teeth, is not noisy, and she actually wants to brush her teeth with it (which is usually our struggle when it comes to brushing teeth). He loves rubble so this is greatly designed for him and his little hands. It isn’t noisy like most spin brushes. I think the price is GREAT.
