People are not joking about the smell. Had to come and read other reviews to see if we were crazy for thinking this smelled like urine/horse poop. Terrible and will have to toss the bottle

The new formula is VERY greasy, stains clothes, has an unpleasant smell and no longer says “reef friendly”. PLEASE bring back the old one or I’m going to have to switch. Two thumbs down on this one.

I used to love thier sundcreen. I recently bought a new bottle and was put off by the smell. It just wasn't the same. I read that they changed the formula. That's too bad, because I will not be buying it again.

Why did Target change the formula of their up&up sunscreen? The old formula was great, this one smells like urine! I absolutely hate it and will never buy it again. I threw the bottle away after only using it once, complete waste of money!

This is a great product for me. I have very fair completion and I play a lot of golf. I have been using the Up & Up brand for several years. I am very satisfied. It goes on easy, protects my skin from burning and it is unscented.

I have used the Up and Up brand of spray sunscreen for years, but this lotion is very different. The lotion has a bad smell, I noticed it and didn’t say anything but my kids noticed it and complained. I don’t know that we will be able to use this unfortunately.

Last year I bought and liked this product, in a fragrance free version. Yesterday, I bought a new one - it was way TOO perfume-y. I tried to exchange it for a fragrance-free one today - but there were none, in any strength. I ended up getting the kid’s one, as it seemed least smelly, but after wearing it for an hour I had to wash it off. So, I’ll find someone who can use it. Otherwise, the consistency was very nice.

I slathered up in this sunscreen day one of vacation and when I tell you I smell like a wet diaper that hasn’t been ignored all day, I’m not over exaggerating. It is absolutely awful. I have never had sunscreen that smelled this bad.

Has real jojoba, avocado, and shea butter as the moisturizer. No heavy fragrance--none listed--but has a nice pleasant scent. And because of the real moisturizers, no need to use a seperate lotion with this. (Yes, you can feel the oil on your hands after you put it on, but that's because it's actually natural oil moisturizer.) Big kudos to the team or people who researched and formulated this one. Make it totally phalate free officially and it will be perfect.
