I like this bands for the color and for the different resistance levels. I can pick and choose depending on the exercise or just whatever I'm feeling that day. It comes in a mesh bag for easy storage or throw straight into the washer.

I like these Sweet Sweat Hip Bands. I like that they come in three resistance levels, so you have options for different types of workouts. Amazing to use!
I love using these so much, they have made my workout experience a lot better. I love the resistance these give, and love how versatile they are when it comes to different ways of using them. I get much better workouts in using these, especially in squats and all my leg work that I do on gym days.

Quality bands made with great material. Nice stitching. Nice neutral colors. The tension is crazy good. Really challenging when you move up to the higher tension bands. Holy cow these are great! I love that I can use these to do workouts at home that actually make my muscles sore and make me sweat. Fantastic bands!

I am happy to report that this product is quite comfortable and durable. I have yet to notice any wear or tear on them after repeated use. They smell amazing, too. They fit comfortably and move easily with my body when I am working out, and they are a cute color to boot!

These are high-quality bands. They're thick and strong with varying levels of resistance. They're easy to slide onto your legs or arms, whichever body part you are working out at the time. I have used some that have lost their resistance quickly or have even torn, but these do not show signs of these things happening.

These bands are great to use to trim down your inner thighs and they come in different colors. They are not stiff but they are very bendable, stretchy, durable, and perfect for anyone that is a beginner using stretch bands. The bands are good to use for any adult child, anyone that wants to enhance their workouts. There are many ways to use the bands. You can use them with your arms or your legs or your thighs. Workout or stretch bands are also used in physical therapy to help improve leg movements. I recommend these bands.

The perfect workout gear.
I love these bands. I've got this set and a set of the mini bands as well and while I love both, I'm inclined to give these the title of "my favorites". They're comfy to wear because of how wide they are, it's easy to tell at a glance which resistance level you're working with, and they come with a mesh bag for when you're on the go. I use them for my physical therapy exercises and in my regular workouts and they're utterly fantastic.
