I’ve used the St. Ives Blackhead Clearing Green Tea Scrub and I do like it! The texture is gentle enough for my skin not too harsh like some other scrubs but still gives that clean, refreshed feeling after each use. The green tea scent is light and calming, and I love that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped or overly dry. I have combination skin with some blackheads around my nose and chin, and this has definitely helped smooth those areas and reduce the appearance of clogged pores over time. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because results aren’t instant it takes consistent use to really notice a difference. But overall, it’s a great, affordable option for anyone looking for a mild exfoliator that targets blackheads without being too abrasive. Would definitely repurchase!

Good scrub but not that effective
I really like this scrub. It’s affordable and you get a lot out f product for the price you pay. Right out of the bottle it smells really nice, but it definitely has fragrance of some sort in it so if you’re fragrance free you’ll probably wanna pass on this. I didn’t find it very effective at getting rid of my blackheads but I like it more as an exfoliant more than I use it for blackheads. The texture is thick and slightly gritty which is great for scrubbing away dead skin. I do wish this had some more alluring ingredients that do more for the skin than just clearing blackheads though, I will use this products for as long as I have it, but I don’t think I personally would repurchase just because I have better exfoliants and blackhead clearing products than this that also do more for my skin than just clearing blackheads.

Love the packaging. This is a staple. Its a bit extensive to use daily, so I use it weekly. The texture is that sugary goodness we arent supposed to use on our faces. Ive yet to find anything that makes my skin feel this clean! It has little to no scent.

I absolutely love this scrub. I’ve always been a huge fan of St. Ives products but especially the face washes and scrubs. The scent is pleasant and it really removes makeup, dirt and leaves my face feeling soft and smooth. I also notice my complexion looks much better when I use this. The tube is a generous size and easy to get just the right amount. Please do yourself a favor and try this.

Great for acne prone skin 🤩
I've been using this for years, since I stopped using the Proactiv system and now only use their repairing lotion, which I use twice a day. I only use this scrub once a day, at night, after using a makeup removing face wash. It's a great product, that has actually not changed over the years, but they do keep changing the wording on the package, just to match the current words that are being used to describe the ingredients. That is just good marketing, and I don't see how anyone could be mad at that 😂 No, I do not think that this actually treats blackheads, but it does a good job and what it actually does do, which is exfoliating, particularly for acne prone skin. Plus, it has acne fighting ingredients, and it's an excellent price! Just FYI I cannot use this on my forehead, as it seems to cause irritation and/or drying there, but most people know that the skin there is just different.

I also love the large size of the tube — it lasts a long time even with frequent use. And the price is very reasonable for the quality. This product has a fresh scent which I like. The product has a dark colour and can leave a but more of a mess in the sink than if it were a lighter color. It has some grit to it, but I wish it had a but of a harsher scrub to it to feel really clean. The price is great but I will try a different st ives scrub next.
