Received in minimum time which was great. Very simple to assemble which is also great. Already started working out and I love it. The Stamina X Hyper Bench is very sturdy. Exercises are easy to perform and I can feel the muscles working. I would recommend this bench to family and friends. Also a great price.

This is a well built strong bench. I’ve never been much for the traditional gym stuff. Many attempts and money wasted but this is a different thing all together. I have used this bench every day since putting it together. I’ve never followed any routines before. I recently had abdominal surgery ( October 2021) but I was able to use this as intended. I’ve been using it every day since the first or second of January. No not a resolution, just got it together a day or two before. Anyway, if stretching and strengthening your mid section and whatever else you do on it, this is what you want. Put it this way, I’ve tried a lot to do un assisted sit-ups and or push-ups. I never follow through , period. I’ve been doing the forward motion for abs Handles for push-ups AND dips! Buy it

It is easy to assemble and made of quality parts. My only problem with it is that the holes weren't drilled exactly right, so it does not sit level. It doesn't prevent me from using it, but it's annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best purchase I have made while adding to my home gym. This is easy to put together and the quality is stellar....exactly like a gym machine. Don’t let the small size fool you it really can transform your stomach. During and a bit after my workout I still feel the burn. Extra benefit is that you can not only work abs but also back of arms. Machine folds up so if space is an issue this can easily fit in a smaller living environment without you loosing space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago and I use it several times every week. The incline is great to work lower back the glutes and even the hamstrings. Moreover, it is strong enough that I can puppet on my wall and use it as a ght.

I love the bench but would be much happier if it came with instructions for use like exercises that can be performed using it. I am completely in the dark on that and that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

Exactly what I had hoped for! Very heavy duty, made well, and a very good price, too! I wish the legs were a little wider, but otherwise I am very happy with it, and use it every day! It wasn't hard to put together, and looks great, too! Very happy with purchase!

I purchased this in 2016. It has held up well until the other day I was working out and heard and felt the pad break. Now I am trying to get a replacement part. Help!

I did my research, looked at many back hyperextension machines, even came across some negative reviews of this Stamina machine. I was about to buy a professional machine meant for clubs but decided to take the chance on this based on the price point. I am so glad I did! Pros: - installation is super easy - sturdy - lightweight - foldable (big plus point for me!) Cons: - might be too high for anyone shorter than 5'3". I am 5'3", I am still getting used to the height of this machine. - the front base is not in alignment with the cushion pad after installation. - bumps on the cushion pad. Stamina definitely thought about the integrity and stability of this machine when they were designing it as I see additional reinforcements when installing this machine. This gives me confidence when using this machine. However, just like any machines, always use with cautions and don't go crazy and end up hurting yourself. Also, this is for home use, so it's for light usage. If you want something heavy duty, opt for club-grade machines that cost $500 and above. I am now looking at other Stamina products.

This a smaller, lighter hyperextension bench that can be folded for storage. I would no recommend it for a heavier person. The base could be wider for added stability. For price I paid, it's a good value. It could use more padding.

I like this product a lot! It is easy to use and helps me target my core in a way other wise not possible . Im getting stronger faster than before and my lower back pain is gone.

I just got this in the mail yesterday and I'm very impressed with the quality of this bench. I blew my L-5 desk 4 years ago and was told not to do setups ever again. I tried and Dr was right, not going to happen so I was hoping this would be the ticket to straightening my core again. I tried it today and was very impressed with the amount of area it covers in regards to getting all those muscles that have been neglected for the last 4 years. Now to make sure I don't over do it at first. I would recommend this all in one little bench. I'm looking forward to getting my core straight back. I'm 68 now, I was doing 75 set ups everyday and boot camp at 64 until the blow out.
