I am a side sleeper, 123 lbs, and frequently have neck pain due to unsupportive pillows. I purchased this because of the "extra firm" labeling and good reviews, however, it is far from firm/extra firm. The pillow is flat and very soft, it is not as advertised at all. I still am waking up with a stiff/sore neck.
