This bag is pretty! Definitely an upgrade from what my wife had! Just received today and upon opening it has black marks and lines all over it. I’ve tried wiping them off but it wouldn’t come off. I can’t message any one and it is not eligible for replacement you can only return. This was a gift for my wife that she was really wanting for Christmas. Very disappointed for the price I paid.
