Sockets last well and ratchets function great. The case won’t hold the sockets though, and most of them fall out when I open the case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had Stanley Tools for years dating back probably to the 70’s. I’ve worked with major brands that cost quite a bit more but have not produced any better. The socket set is wonderful. Easy to use and don’t break. The quick toothed ratchets can’t be beat. They turn a bolt that is hard to reach an easy challenge to remove. I’ve been in the auto repair business for 48 years so you can bet MY last dollar I’m telling the truth. Buy Stanley, you won’t be disappointed!

Just a set everyone should have. From home owner to mechanic you can't go wrong with this. Had mine for 3 years now and finish is still good even though my garage isn't moisture proof, rain runs in and no corrosion at all. Gold size markings are my favorite! I have bad eyes and can find the size i need easily Plus the case keeps everything tight and secure so the don't fall out and get jumbled around.

I purchased this set for the etched sockets but you can not read the etching on a lot of the sockets but other than that they seem well made.
