Horrible product that needs to be recalled
This toy should be given ZERO stars & taken off the market!!! It is truly an unsafe & overpriced piece of plastic. All it can with comes with is (3) hangers, (2) baskets, & a mobile that ripes apart the minute any toddler pulls on it-this is what makes it a choking hazard in my opinion. On top of all that is tiny, & most dolls went not fit on the seat or on the changing table. We have had other great step2 toys with our older child. But this one is a joke, & will be returned.

Would not recommend
I wish I would have read reviews. It is cheap in person but looks great online and lack of pre-drilled holes makes it hard to assemble. Would not recommend. Not up to par with other Step 2 toys.

My two year old loves this to help take care of her baby. It has storage for all the baby bottles and food. The knobs were dirty which I thought was strange but overall very happy.

Feels kinda cheap
This is very cheaply made. There are no holes to use a screwdriver, you have to use a drill to build. Do not pay full price for this.

Great playset for kids!
My kid adores this playset! It was great buy on sale for her birthday. The compartments doll accessories, sink, and dryer are her favorites. It's durable and gets a lot of playtime. This toy will be cherished years.

Great Product
My wife and I refurbish kids toys and have sold many "Love and Care Nurseries". This is a very nice Toy....well made, durable, and reasonably priced. If it is put together properly, doors do not fall off or break as other reviewers have suggested. My only suggestion is that Step 2 consider selling replacement mobiles as these are the first items to get broken, or misplaced on this set.

Poor service!!!
I purchased their nursery a month ago. I am putting it together now. They did not send me the hangar attachment them comes with it. Because I threw the box out I have to pay for what they didn't include. I will not and will never purchase from step 2 again.

Terrible!
Got this for my daughters 3rd birthday, it came dirty , hand prints that wouldn’t wash off and the doors kept falling off . So disappointing, step 2 has always been a favorite brand of mine but, will never again waste my money.

Made very cheap, disappointing!!
First off directions were awful to follow!! Secondly it’s cheaply made especially how expensive it is! The doors one of them already broke off just put together today! Very disappointing!!
