Sits at a weird angle
The seat angles downward, making you feel like you're falling. After a couple of weeks, it caused back and tailbone pain.

Seat isn't comfy at all
Love the lumbar support, but the seat isn't comfy. My rear gets sore. The front of the seat is lower, so I slide forward, and the lumbar doesn't align. Not made for short people. Wish someone warned me.

HARD and uncomfortable
The chair came in good condition, but it's the most uncomfortable one I've sat in. Only the height is adjustable, and the cushion is rock hard,I can't sit on it for more than an hour. Not ideal for someone who spends hours at a desk.

This chair just isn't for me
The chair came well-packaged and was easy to assemble, but it's not comfortable. The lumbar area hits my back wrong, and it sticks out too much, so I can't sit back properly. The seat's too short for me, and the bottom digs into my legs. The arms are too low, and I can't adjust them. It's sturdy, though, and I like how the arms can be lifted to slide it under a desk. Might work for a shorter person.

Stiff and not very flexible
The chair only tilts forward and doesn't recline. The lumbar piece can't be removed, so I always feel like I'm tipping forward. The armrests are rough and irritate my arms after sitting for a while. You get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend it if you plan on sitting in it for long periods.

Metal base is a plus!
I had a plastic base office chair for years, but the caster holes crumbled. I replaced it with this one, and it's perfect. The arms raise, which is awesome. I swapped out the wheels with my own for even better use.

Just what I needed
Comfortable chair for my home office. The assembly wasn't too hard,took about an hour, but I was distracted by watching TV. The instructions could've been clearer, but I managed just fine.
