It's easy to open for an adult and very sturdy once install even if you go with the no drilling option. I'm not a big fan about the fact that you have to take a step over it because my kid trips on it. Overall a great gate.

It comes with 2 extensions to fit the size you need. Installation is simple and easy to do. The one hand walk thru is great when youre busy with your little one! It is stylish and elegant looking in my home. I feel my baby is safe and protected in his play area thanks to this gates good quality. It is well made, sturdy and going to last a long time.

It’s tall enough that my toddler doesn’t know how to open it (yet) and I love that it can be pressure mounted so that I don’t have to put holes in the doorframe.

Its stylish and easy to transport to different rooms to block them off. We love how it doesnt scrape your paint off the walls either. Its a perfect gate at an affordable price too.

Have two of the summer gates and BOTH have parts (33380-04) have broke and have been "out of stock" for replacemen?!! Faulty, horrible pieces to be on a SAFETY GATE!

This guard stopper keeps breaking and I have to keep ordering one every year for replacement. Maybe should make a metal one.

The gate was very easy to assemble it only took me 25 mins. Directions are easy to follow I would recommend this to first time parents. I also love how tall the gate is makes it look elegant to me, matching my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know when it’s Summer Infant, the product quality will always be amazing. I really like the sturdiness of the product once it was installed. I like that It came with extensions to fit different spaces. Of course construction of a home can be off a bit, my frame was a hair smaller than the gate. So I had to leave some parts off to make it fit. That was my only concern, however, we were able to make it work. It gave me peace of mind knowing that the dual locking mechanism is easy to slide yet complex enough for my very curious infant (supported stander) to figure out. Overall, the gate is built very durable and looks nice with the aesthetic of our home. I am sure we will be using this gate well into toddlerhood!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently with a crawling baby I have had a hard time trying to keep an eye on him and do my school work or cook without him getting into the kitchen. I knew I needed something structured and sturdy, also easy to get through. The baby gate is really just that, I can open it with a push of the lock and I haven't had any safety related issues. I really liked the elegant look of this gate, as well as the height. I placed the gate in a more narrow entrance of the kitchen, building it was pretty simple with the help of dad. The gate is very sturdy and locks pretty much into place wherever you set it. My son didn't like it at first, but he eventually got used to it. He did stand up on it and thankfully it has not fallen over or hurt him. I've been receiving compliments on the gate from my mom and sister, they really enjoy the build of it, as do i.

Definitely isn't an eye sore and doesn't look or feel cheap. My baby is getting to where he can pull up and stand at the gate and I have no worries. It is also a good height. I feel better with it being a little taller than others I've seen. I have no complaints. Easy install. Easy on the eyes. Easy to open and close. Easy choice!

It keeps both of them out of the kitchen (where I installed it) and allows me to get things done without them being in the way. I would definitely purchase. It’s extra tall and it’s expandable as well. Just make sure to remove the zip ties after you install it! I had my boyfriend install it because it just seemed complicated to me but he actually installed it pretty fast. Now it keeps both of my kids out of the kitchen and I know they’re safe. I love it and it’s actually pretty stylish too
