A: Hey Alyssa! What makes this product work is a lightening blend of ingredients which includes hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide, which oxidizes the melanin in the hair causing it to lighten. The product is intended to be used slowly and gradually. Our Hair Lightener works best on very light brown to blonde hair. Although it has ingredients that naturally have UV-protecting properties, it's not a heat protector. A: Hi There, Our Beach Formula 3-in-1 Leave in protects by using natural oils (like coconut and sunflower seed) to reflect the sun’s rays, but it is not meant to be used as SPF protection for your skin. This product is great for fine hair. I use it on my kid's hair and it's the only thing that detangles her hair. As an added bonus it makes her hair smell amazing for days. Coming her hair was a battle every time until we started using this. Now I just let it sit a bit and it's easy peasy. I've started using it on my own hair as well and won't go back.

I love it! It has the delicious yummy sun bum scent of banana and coconut and it’s so easy to brush through. It is really thick though! It took a couple tries before but now it works great! It dosent weigh my waves and curls down. BUY IMMEDIATELY!

This product weighed my hair down, made it harder to style than before I used it. I have used it for a week and thought that I was not rinsing my conditioner out enough, by chance. No, definitely this stuff. For me, it was not good with my hair

I've tried so many leave-in conditioners and this is the only one I buy now because it's the only one that works. I have a good amount of hair but it's thin and slightly wavy. Roots oily fast but ends always dry--which is why I use this. It helps me brush through my hair when it's wet and I put it on my ends. Without it, my hair is very dry and frizzy at the ends. Other products feel sticky or heavy. This is the best. Expensive but worth it. Plus, it's vegan and cruelty free!

I’m honestly impressed. Made my hair super soft but did not make oily. I can literally smell it in my hair alll day!! My hair normally is very very tangled when getting out of shower & it’s cut the time in half while brushing and helps with it not being painful to brush my hair.
