A: Hey there, thanks so much for reaching out! Outside of Coconuts, Kukui Nuts, and Argan oil, which some consider a tree nut, we don’t use nuts in any of our Baby Bum or Sun Bum products. But we don’t currently have a program in place to certify our manufacturing facilities as nut-free so cannot guarantee zero traces. Loved the summer scent and not totally upset with its more wet consistency. Dries fast. What I HATE is how DRY my face is now! Like I didn’t get sunburned but it still made my face flaky and itchy. I’m disappointed in the brand. The abundance of positive reviews are misleading.

It smelled nice and had a cooling effect but it was the thinnest and MESSIEST lotion. You couldn’t open the bottle without it spilling all over the place. I expect better from SunBum. I would never buy it again but I hope to find a thicker version out there.

The smell is great and helps soothe skin. My only issue is the formula is really thin and spills out of the bottle, causing some of the product to be wasted. I think a different bottle would maybe work a little bit better. The mess with the current bottle would prevent me from purchasing again.

I usually apply sunscreen religiously but the day got away from me and I was BURNT! This stuff is AMAZING!! It does leave a white cast on my super pale skin so be advised but it cools the sunburn, providing immediate relief. It’s also helping the sunburn heal faster and not peel. For everyone saying “it’s too runny” it’s supposed to be runny!! Applying a thick cream to sunburn not only hurts but further damages your skin.

This product is a must have for days you are out in the sun for an extended time or even for dry skin! I am very fair and tend to burn, then peel and loose my tan. Well, not with this stuff! I ran out immediately after a day of too much sun and I applied this over and over for about three days and let me tell you, I DID NOT peel even a fleck! It is very very light, has an amazing scent, and does not feel sticky! I seriously think the trick to this though is the frequent application. Which sounds inconvenient but trust me when your skin is too dry you know how good this feels!

This stuff is incredible! Keep in mind, you won’t get the cooling/instant pain relief you get from the added ingredients in most Aloe’s, but it’s well worth for how quickly this stuff works. Every time I’ve used it, the change overnight is very dramatic. Almost, if not all, have the redness usually fades within a day. These pictures were taken about 14 hours apart. I’m a lifeguard and yesterdays UV index reached 10. A hat and all the zinc in the world couldn’t save my face, but this stuff saved me days of pain!

Wonderful!! I hate using aloe vera because I feel like a walking fly trap. I applied this twice, absorbed right in with a great smell, and the burn was gone the next day. Officially a staple for my Irish skin!

I just went on a bachelorette trip and got mild sun poisoning :D this stuff was the main piece to my routine of immediate relief. It is really slip and will pour out on its own making me think a pump would be more efficient packaging, but that’s nothing to denote its quality at all. It’s soothing, doesn’t sting or shock to put on, and has a comforting, relaxing scent. I prefer this over aloe gel and has easily become a staple to my summer bag.

This stuff is amazing! I had 2 days spent in the brutal hot Florida sun and I looked like a lobster! It goes on very soothing and silky, it’s not greasy and the smell is nice but not overwhelming. Immediately it calmed the burn. Within a couple of days the redness and pain was gone and my skin never peeled. This will forever be my “go to” after the sun.
