Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating; immediately after towel drying; at least every 2 hours. Skin Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SFP value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 am - 2 pm; wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.Children Under 6 Months of Age:

Q: Is this product also moisturizing like the regular body sunscreen. That one says moisturizing on the package but the face one doesn’t.

Q: Will this product burn eyes if sweating during exercise like jogging?

A: Hi there! We highly recommend letting the sunscreen fully absorb and set before exercising and swimming to ensure that the product doesn't run. Our Face Sunscreen will have a weightless, matte feel while our Original SPF Lotions will feel like a regular body lotion. Our Original Sunscreen also has our signature fragrance, while our Face Sunscreen is fragrance free. It will come down to preference and skin type:)

This is the best facial sunscreen I have tried in the US. Most sunscreens I've tried, even for face, are too oily and leave a greasy film, but this one dries down to a nice, mostly matte finish with a light sheen. I have dry skin, so this works perfectly for me. Others have commented that this one stings the eyes badly, but I have not experienced that. Now, I don't put sunscreen on my eyelids because most of them DO sting my eyes and I just avoid it entirely, but I have also not had a problem with this running into my eyes and stinging them. The texture is more liquidy, but that is not a problem for me. Once you learn how to work with it, it's very easy to put on. And it seems like the more runny consistency is what helps it dry down so nicely. This also does not break me out. All in all, this is my holy grail American sunscreen. 10/10, I have bought several and will buy again.

Absorbs well and doesn't make me break out. I think they changed the formula because I've tried the old sunscreen in the jar and it's RIDICULOUSLY greasy and smells like "sun bum" products which this doesn't really. If that's your biggest complaint you have bigger issues I see that a lot in these reviews. Great sunscreen overall especially for a 50spf it doesn't make your face white.

This used to be my go-to sunscreen for my face, but I recently bought a new bottle and they changed the formula!!! I loved the old formula was amazing and it worked great for my sensitive combination skin. The new formula has a weird chemical smell and it leaves my face so greasy!

I am about to buy maybe my 10th tube of this. It works really well for my fair-skinned face, and I live in the South where the sun is strong and hot. It absorbs pretty quickly and is not greasy. I hope they keep making this exactly the same way as I plan to keep buying it.

I used to love this sunscreen, but then something happened and now when it gets in my eyes, it really burns. It doesn’t matter what I do, once I start sweating or wiping my face, the sunscreen gets in my eyes and it’s really hard to get out. Not sure what happened but I had to stop using it. It does work though, to stop from being burned

This product broke me out and i’m not covered in red blotches that itch so much. I use the body sunscreen from sun bum which I have no issue with and they have almost the exact same ingredients. I’m not sure what the problem is.

Tried it on in the morning and at first it was fine until later in the day when I began to sweat and the chemicals got in my eye. It began to sting. This product specifically mentions it does have eye irritating ingredients and it stung. Also it is very watering, it will most likely run and slip through your hands on to the floor or nearby surfaces :/

The lotion is effective and pleasant smelling, spreads on easily and isn’t too greasy. The downside is how expensive it is now. I purchased it as I’ve done in the past, without really looking at the price because it’s always been reasonable in the past. Suddenly it’s costing between $6-7 an ounce which is absurd for sunscreen. Will have to shop around in the future for a better price.

Didn't prevent sunburn and burned our eyes severly. I purchased this for a trip to the beach in Florida. My daughters have horrendous sunburn on their faces and had a miserable time swimming. As soon as their faces got wet, the sunscreen was getting into their eyes and burning severely. I'm not sure how this product is not in a lawsuit because it should be.
