The Sunny Health & Fitness OB-20 Olympic Dumbbell with Locking Ring Collars will help take your strength training to the next level! It has a weight capacity of up to 150 lb to allow for linear progressive strength gains. The rotating sleeves release torque created by the weight and movement making it safer on the joints. The locking ring collars will secure the weights in place to make working out safer. Get two and perform dumbbell chest presses, shoulder presses, and use just one to perform triceps kickbacks and single arm bicep curls.

Great adjustable dumbbell option
Very well built adjustable dumbbells that seem to be made with excellent quality. Have been using them for a couple of weeks and loaded 110lbs on each handle for bench and had no isssues. I wish the grip was just slightly fatter but not a huge deal. Definitely advise getting different clips if you plan using for heavy exercises. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is that my shipment was missing one set of clips. The knurl is not aggressive at all which majority of people should like. I buy rogue products but don't waste your money on their expensive dumbbells and buy these instead.
