Missing parts! Have been waiting weeks after multiple phone calls and emails for necessary parts that were not sent for use of the bike. No hardware package with necessary bolts, manual with install instructions, or computer screen were sent. Would not recommend this company at all. Horrible product and even worse customer service with follow through. Laura didn’t follow through after multiple attempts for assistance. Alex seemed to care more and said I would have a shipment to complete the bike, however still waiting on my shipment. Very disappointed in service and product overall.
