Took some time to assemble but I didn't mind because it went together trouble free & very solid. Instructions were good. Shipping was good. The finished product is very solid & very smooth! Very impressed so far.

Now that we have had
Now that we have had time to get It together, we have both tried it out. My knees feel a little better already. I was surprised that it is so quiet. I’m looking forward to using it daily to build back strength in the legs after knee replacement. And get ready for the other knee to be done. Also I thank the delivery for placing my package inside the front porch out of the rain.

assembly problems- delayed response- bad customer service
I Just purchased a Performance smart magnetic Recumbent Elliptical Cross Trainer order shf239846. I am in process of assembly and we are having problem with the 44L left hinge bolt. I sent called for help and had to leave voice message. I emailed and now states I have to wait up to 72 hours for a response. Terrible, terrible customer service. You have my money and I cant even use my bike.

More fun than just the regular recumbent bike.
I really like using this recumbent Elliptical Cross Trainer. I had just a recumbent bike and wanted to be able to exercise my arms too. Its great! Just know that there is a lot to put together on this bike so it takes time and patience. The instructions are well detailed with pictures and Customer Service was very helpful when we ran in to a problem getting it together. There is also a video you can watch.

Worth every penny
Received my new recumbent cross trainer (SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly isn't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Don't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.
