Love It!
Extra padding helps with my knees when I’m using an ab roller. The extra cushioning helps with those planks also. Yoga matts weren’t cutting it for me. Highly recommend!

This mat performs a lot like a very expensive gym mat. It is not too squishy, and it is not too thin. I use it on hardwood floors and it's better than carpet that has the padding underneath (u can feel the slate under that on carpet if u do enough situps - this mat transfers none of that).

This is well worth the money. You get a sufficiently padded mat that can be cleaned if you are so inclined. Not a requirement, but an option. It's big - you won't find yourself angry that parts are spilling off the ship. The padding, once again, is amazing. Tailbone will thank you at the same time that your abdominals tell you to pi$$ off.

Great mat!
Great mat! I purchased for sleeping when we go camping. It is a little bulky but perfect for the price. It is has a good thickness for sleeping on fairly flat ground.

The foam is 2 inches thick, and neither as hard as cement, nor so soft you sink through it to the ground. I have a bad back, and can't do stretches or abdominal exercises on the ground, or even on a traditional yoga mat without a lot of pain. When my running clinic coach announced that we will be doing runners yoga and abdominal exercises on the ground (the first day we actually did them on the track surface in the rain--ouch!)--I knew I needed something I could use outdoors that would let me participate without hurting for the next week. This mat worked perfectly. It folds up somewhat, and fits in my trunk easily. A little rain won't hurt it, dirt can be wiped off, I can use it on paved or grassy surfaces, and it provides enough support to my back that I don't feel the ground through the foam, yet it still cushions. I have been very happy with it over the past couple of months of training.
