I live in a townhouse with no basement and only have one corner near my closet to put exercise equipment. This glider fits the space I have perfectly as I didn't want to put it in the middle of my living or family room. I'm a 62yo woman with osteoporosis and a touch of arthritis in my knees and I was able to get this upstairs and set up in about 45 minutes. The gliding motion is easy on my knees and yet after 30 minutes on this, I feel my arms and legs are both well-exercised with no strain. I also like the walking on air feel to it. Very glad to be able to hop on this on those days when I just can't get to the gym, especially this time of year (January) when sometimes I just don't feel like going out.

The reviews made this look like a light way for senior citizens to exercise. Well I am 35 and have lost 30 pounds using this combined with a 1200 calorie a day, high protein, low carb diet. I make sure I get 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day between this and walking in my day (majority is on this since it is below zero outside here). This is not just a senior citizen exercise machine. This is for anyone wanting to lose weight. The selling point for me was something small and quiet since I live in an apartment on 3rd floor and didn't want to disturb neighbors like a big old treadmill would do.

People, do NOT let the good reviews fool you. I was so mislead by them and am writing this to help others avoid what happened to me. The range of motion on this machine is limited. Your legs can't bend all the way like when you walk normally. I was on it for 30 mins and didn't even break a sweat or get my heart rate up. I get more exercise going up and down the stairs in my house. (And I do real cardio at the gym on ellipticals all the time.) Worse than that: I hurt my back from the stiffness and now my sciatic nerve hurts (this hasn't happened before). I can't exercise, I can't walk normally, or sleep normally. Now I can't work out for weeks because I used this piece of junk one time for 30 mins and this happens. This is unsafe and at best ineffective. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! You're better off going for a walk around the block than putting your health at risk.

The machine came before expected date, easy to assemble. I placed the machine on wood floor, so it doesn’t move as others previously stated. Since I’m short 5’2 & more on the heavy side I removed the middle black piece as it didn’t allow me to stand up straight, more like I was leaning backwards.

Super easy to put together, also easy to maneuver but still gives a decent workout. I like that it tracks your time , and that you get a full body workout. Easy on the knees and feet! There are no tension levels but you can just add arm or leg weights to increase the value of your workout. Very pleased with this purchase especially for the price!!

Bought this 1 week ago and really like it. It arrived in a few days and very easy to assemble. I use it for 30 minutes 3 times a week and gives me a low impact cardio workout which is what I need since retiring from tennis due to knee and back injuries. It simulates brisk walking and is vey quiet. Excellent machine and value for the price. I would highly recommend it.

Took just a few minutes to put together. Quiet and easy to move around. I have it on a small rug, and it works perfectly. For the price, this is definitely a good quality machine. The only thing I would change would be to have distance measured rather than total CNT.

The air Walker has a very smooth action and is simple to use. it is great for an older person and/or out of shape person. probably would not be difficult enough for a person who wanted a really hard workout. I like it because it is easy to use for a few minutes at a time on and off during the day. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not sure how well it will hold up in the long run. I suspect the bolts might work loose and have to be tightened. the assembly was easy and all the parts and tools were included. However the bolts and nuts and small parts were not all together in a bag. they were scattered randomly in the large bag and smaller bags. be careful when unpacking or you will lose parts.
