The taste is good but it has palm oil and sugar. I haven’t been taking them long enough to know if it’s helping yet. I wished you could use honey instead of sugar and maybe coconut oil in place of palm oil. I have also developed a rash on my back, not sure if it’s from this or something else.

About a month ago my wife and I bought this item along with a couple others. The first thing we noticed was the flavor profile is very pleasant. Instead of the dirt flavor most often common with consuming beets. We found that there is little to no "dirt beet" flavor in these chews. I used to eat a banana every morning to help moderate leg cramps over night while sleeping. With the bananas coming in over ripe or under ripe and containing fruit flies, we have not been buying them. An unexpected side effect taking the beets, I noticed that I have not been dealing with leg cramps overnight. We have also noticed a more relaxed feeling and easier ability to fall asleep at night.
