I don’t typically leave reviews good or bad but felt like this one needed to be shared. I purchased these gummies over other due to the 5 star review and I am so disappointed. Paid extra for them (more than I would have for other sleep gummies) and all they have done is made me lose sleep and upset my stomach something fierce. This product is unfortunately a no for me moving forward.

These are so wonderful. I have insomnia that comes and goes and these help me sleep and just help my brain calm down. I also wake up feeling refreshed and truly well rested- no side effects! Highly recommend.

I literally never write reviews, but I had to for these. I hate taking melatonin because I get nightmares and only a few hours of good sleep and wake up groggy, but THESE are everything I needed. They work really fast and I sleep so well. The best part is I wake up actually feeling refreshed.

first things first, these are awesomeee. they don’t knock you out, but they bring a wave of calmness so you can get cozy and excited for bed. i feel well rested even if i don’t get a full 8 hours and i love that i don’t have to take melatonin daily now since that’s not the best for you. my mood also feels elevated during the day now. they also taste really good, and in a non-offensive way, they taste like blue raspberry jello shots :p

Been taking these for nearly a month now and Ive noticed improvement in my sleep I take them about 30 minutes before getting into bed and I fall asleep fast and rarely wake up any in the middle of the night I wake up the next morning feeling refreshed Also the gummies taste good as well I could eat way more than two at once but I would probably sleep for days
