Never received and i will never order again through the mail again! Ive been waiting over 2 weeks for one bottle

Very helpful with stress management and to increase testosterone in men. Has helped me in both areas.

The first time I tried this, nothing happened, absolutely no results. I kept researching Ashwagandha and decided to give it another try. Amazingly, it’s working this time! I take one about an hour before bedtime to start my wind down routine. If I’m really stressed out, I may take a second one at bedtime. I definitely feel it helps me to relax my brain and stop all the thoughts that run through my mind when I try to sleep. Now for the surprising reason I believe they may or may not work… alcohol! For me, if I have a drink or two several hours before bedtime, they don’t work! When I have no alcohol, they work as expected! Don’t know if that’s the same for everyone who says they don’t work, but it’s true for me! I didn’t give 5 stars because it’s only available in one size bottle and only in one strength.

I generally like swanson and have more trust that the ingredients they claim are there actually are, so it might be the type of ashwagandha they are using but this one doesn’t work for me and i know because i have had other brands that did. Might try a different type from swanson or just go elsewhere

I developed an itch with standardized to 2.5%. I’m not itching with this. Withanolides are the active ingredients of Ashwagandha. “Withanolide A” is “toxic to living cells” and is found in the highest qualities in the leaves and fruit. It appears the most studied form of Ashwagandha only uses the roots and the Withanolides and are standardized to 2.5%, but logic says to adjust to a standardized, they have to add some from the leaves and fruit that are a higher concentration). This is not to say that there’s no “Withanloide A” present in a “full spectrum extract”, only less than if leaves and fruit are used. And, there may be some truth in the saying “what doesn’t kill you - makes you stronger”. In Traditional Chinese Medicine extracts of the leaves are used to treat cancer. And, who’s to say that a little “Withanolide A” isn’t what clears out the alpha-synuclein clumps that kill the dopamine producing cells in Parkinson’s or the beta-amyloid clumps that cause Alzheimer’s. The KSM site indicates theirs is 2.5 but falls short of saying standardized. My mood has improved, I feel less weak and my energy level is higher.

This is a new product for me, I heard that it may help me sleep, so I added it to mymelatonin and valerium root and does seem to improve my sleep.

Seems fine. I can't say that I noticed a difference while taking this for a few months.

Not satisfied with the small amount of product per capsule. Also, the bottle only has 60 capsules inside. I've been taking two capsules (500mg), but I've felt no results whatsoever.

Good source of ashwagandha. I never go without it.

I do never want to be without it. It helps me go to sleep at night and helps me to wake up in the morning to a good day. I have been taking it for several years. It is non-addictive and reliable.

This product works well. Taking it at night helps relax me to get to sleep.
