As far as I know it's good. I like that it's in capsule form which makes it easier to swallow. In 5 months I will be 80 yrs old. For the most part I feel pretty well. But at times I have fatigue. This could be normal due to age. I always hope the vitamins will help in this, but that could be asking too much.

I had to return these because, even taken with food, they nauseated me. They cannot be halved for ingestion at two meals because they are a gel capsule rather than a tablet. So I went back to Swanson's Geromulti without iron, which doesn't have the "supervitamin" concentrations of the Active One formula and other high-potency multivitamins. That works well enough for me and is not sickening.

I much prefer the Swanson Multi with iron. The latter was not available, so I had to get the iron free multi. I do like this particular formula, and needed to replenish. I ordered an iron supplement to take with it. I do wish Swanson would offer this in a larger quantity...

I used to take "Daily One" by Twinlabs, but switched to this formula about a year ago. It is almost identical to the other more expensive multiple vitamin, and costs a lot less. However, I wish Swanson would get away from using magnesium stearate in their supplements! It's hard to find any supplements without it, no matter the brand.

It's a multivitamin, so there is nothing you really feel, but being Swanson, I trust that it is helping me to meet my micro-nutrient requirements. This product is almost exactly like a more expensive brand name that I used for years and is in capsule form, which gives me some peace of mind as far as solubility and absorption. Also get fish oil and vit d3 from here.

We used to take TwinLab Daily One Caps without Iron, mainly because of the types and ratio of ingredients. We discovered that Swanson's Premium Active One Multivitamin without Iron has almost identical types and ratio of ingredients ... at a fraction of the price. As a plus, they're easy to swallow. We strongly recommend Swanson Premium Active One Multivitamin without Iron.

I've been taking Active One vitamin and mineral supplement for more than 20 years. It contains all my daily vitamin needs, including 100% biotin which is not often found in a one-a-day multi-vitamin. It's comforting to know I have this nutritional ally in these hectic times when I may not always make time to eat properly. I'm feeling great and I'll keep taking Active One.
