However- I did prefer it with 32 ounces of water rather than the suggested 16. While the watermelon flavor is pleasant, I do not enjoy the aftertaste. The hydration mix gives a boost of energy in the mornings as well as after workouts. The energy was well balanced and did not give me jitters. The individual packets are convenient to pack in my bag to use at any time. The sugar-free, electrolyte balanced, B-12 and vitamin loaded formula is an excellent choice over other choices on the market. The benefits of Simply Hydrate Watermelon Electrolyte Hydration Mix greatly outweigh my dislike of the aftertaste. I will be using this mix in the future for boosts of energy and anytime I need extra hydration!

The packets are convenient to throw in my bag and mix easily. I never drink enough water when I’m working so adding a packet to my water helps give me a needed afternoon boost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always on the hunt for an effective electrolyte that also packs a punch in the flavor department, and this was nonetheless a pleasant option. Looked forward to trying this because watermelon is admittedly one of my favorite flavor bases, and in that regard they did okay in capturing its essence. Unfortunately it's pretty light in intensity, and needed to reduce the water in my bottle so I could taste it better. Also, it wasn't too sweet to me and found that odd since they used one of my favorite alternative sweeteners (monkfruit extract) to cut back on the sugar content. At least it doesn't taste like a salt slick! Wasn't too much of a fan of the fearherlight fruity taste, but I liked the efficacy. One packet gave me enough hydration to keep on pushing, and since it's still very hot in my state even when it's pushing into the fall season, it helped keep me comfortable. The mixability is amazing, too. All I need to do is shake my bottle a few times and it's fully blended together with no surprise sediment at the bottom. Has been especially handy during and after working out in the gym. This is highly effective and not harsh at all (and I did worry about the intensity of it since it contains triple the amount of usual electrolytes), but just personally wished it had way more watermelon flavor.

I tried the Simply Hydrate Watermelon Electrolyte Hydration Mix flavor and it was delicious. I felt very hydrated after drinking it with 8 oz of water. It dissolved easily, and mixed really well. I have a hard time drinking enough water every day, especially when sitting at my desk working. I was super surprised at how easy it was to mix in with my water and how delicious it was! It dissolves quickly in a glass with a few stirs (yay, no clumps!). The packets are slim and easily fit inside my lunchbox or purse. I love that this hydration electrolyte mix is sugar-free and uses stevia as a natural sweetener (yay, no aspartame!). This is one of the best electrolyte mixes I have ever tasted!

I have been trying some different brands for a while now and the taste and ease of use with these pre-packed mixes were spot on. The watermelon flavor was not overpowering, but had a great smell and taste, though there is still a strong acidic taste with the watermelon. The drink mix did a great job of hydrating my body and perking up my energy in the middle of the day. I have a really hard time drinking enough water as I naturally drink all liquid very slowly. These hydration mixes have been a great addition to beef up the impact when I am drinking water and adding some great flavor. I love how easy they are to throw in the bottom of the cup or water bottle and mix up on the go. I did notice that I the mix would resettle at the bottom and needing to be mixed again. There were also a few packets where the “open” area was incorrectly labeled. Neither of these would stop me from buying in the future!

My kids really enjoyed the flavor as well, they were asking for it everyday. I will say it’s almost too sweet for me with the amount they tell you to put it in so I just added more water to cut that down. I love that it’s in individual packages so they’re easy to pack and take with you. I used them while at the beach and it’s easy to get dehydrated while there but I felt like this really helped with that! I’ll definitely be purchasing more for my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hydration mix dissolved easily snd quickly with water but was very sweet and artificial tasting for my personal preference. Adding it to already flavored drinks or diluting it with double the amount of water than recommended helped it to taste better. I was able to add it to water bottles on the go and to sip on throughout workouts. The simple packaging of a box that keeps all the individual serving sizes sticks in easy access was handy and made it quick to grab on my way out of the house. I don’t think I’ll be buying it again just because of my preference in taste but I did feel more energized throughout my day when I drank the hydration mix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Simply Hydrate Electrolyte Hydration Mix Watermelon flavored tastes good, I find the watermelon flavor to be very close to a real watermelon. The electrolytes in this powder are providing my body with a good hydration, it also provides vitamin B12. The taurine is making me have more energy. Like to drink this product when I’m exercising . The 75 gms of vitamin C per serving are a plus because the cold weather is approaching, so this will help me stay protected from those ugly colds. One of the things I really like about this powder is that is sugar free, no need for it at all, flavor is great!! All the minerals and amino acids are also very helpful in keeping my body from cramping which I’m grateful for since cramps are not fun at all. Other times I just drink it even if I’m not exercising just so I can get the energy I need for a long day. I do recommend this product because it works for me, so I suggest give it a try and see if it will also work for you.

This wasn’t my favorite flavor, but I will say it is way better with cold water. When adding the mix into water I had no issues with mixing- I missed smooth. I would definitely give this product a try; you won’t be disappointed.

I was second guessing myself getting a similar flavor, but to my surprise I think I enjoy the Simply Hydrate brand better. It’s less of a sweet and salty taste and more sour which I love. I’ve used my little battery operated drink mixer to dissolve the powder, but I don’t even know if that’s necessary because it mixes very well. I am pregnant and dealing with some swelling, so I'm trying to incorporate more hydration drinks, I was approved by my doctor, but there is a reproductive warning that made me pause for concern and is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This powder dissolved quickly and smelled amazing, like the watermelon bubble gum I chewed as a child. I would rate the flavor as okay. The first time I tried it, I was not a fan, but it grew on me. I thought the pink color was really pleasant, I like that it’s just from beet powder and not artificial. I probably wouldn’t drink this everyday, but it is nice to have on hand when I need it.

A lot of the powder drink mixes clump together or they don’t mix into the water well. Another added bonus for me, was that they are individually packaged, making it easy to keep in my purse for on the go! I appreciated that this drink mix had so many added vitamins along with electrolytes. This leads me to the taste. While it wasn’t bad, I could taste that “vitamin” taste. I did like the flavor of the watermelon. I felt it was a bit strong at first, but was easily fixed by adding more water. The most alarming thing (and a huge turn off) for me, was to see a cancer and reproductive harm warning label on the box. I wish that they informed consumers of what ingredient is suggested to be harmful. However, it is nice that they at least inform of the danger whereas many products contain harmful ingredients and hide it. My overall impression of the electrolyte mix was good, but I can’t say that I would buy again or recommend to others until I fully understand what component is harmful to my health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been working on improving my hydrating and attempting to drink more electrolytes, so I was excited to try this product. I found that it mixed in to my water really well (no residue settled, even after it sat for 30 minutes). I did find it odd that the spot to tear it was on the bottom of the package and not the top, but it didn't hinder use. I liked that each serving was individually packaged, so it was easy to dole out. I tried the watermelon flavor, and it was definitely watermelon - think of the strongest, most artificial watermelon flavor and then double it! I liked that the powder was sweetened with monkfruit and that the coloring came from beet powder, but I found the entire taste to be bitter and metallic. Our water is filtered via reverse osmosis, so I am not used to any metallic taste, and so this was very strong to me. In fact, after the first sip, I ended up diluting it until it was palatable, and for me that was adding 32 oz of water instead of the 16 it recommends. As an electrolyte beverage, it worked as it should and helped to keep me hydrated.

It tasted good with various amounts of water! I tried it with 8oz up to 32oz of water and it was all flavorful. It was even better with ice cold water. I felt good after drinking it, especially after being outdoors in the sun. My favorite part of this mix was the flavor! I’m not the biggest fan of watermelon flavors so I did not have the highest expectation for the flavor. This watermelon flavor turned out to be really good. It has a hint of saltiness which is nice because a lot of electrolytes are super salty to me. The single packets dissolved really well in the water and is super convenient and easy to use. I like to take these on the go to my son’s baseballs games in the Florida heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried just about every electrolyte powder, drop, and infused water that has come out and I was pleasantly surprised by this Simply Hydrate Electrolyte Hydration Mix. First off, I am not a huge fan of watermelon flavor but this has a very subtle hint that isn't sickeningly sweet or overpowering. I live in Texas and it gets HOT. I need to make sure I drink plenty of water every day and using these packets really helps to keep me hydrated. I usually don't care for the powder mixes because they generally leave a chalky texture in the drink. I was happy to see right away these packets completely dissolved in 8 oz of water. (I've used room temp and cold water and each time they completely dissolved) I just empty the packs into a regular water bottle, you don't even have to use a special shaker. Another thing I really appreciated was that these packets are gluten-free. I've recently been diagnosed with Celiac’s disease and knowing I can replenish my electrolytes and take in some Vitamin C and B12 without having to worry about the other ingredients has been great. It’s incredibly convenient to keep these in my purse so I can pull them out for a drink other than plain water anywhere I go. I do try and eat a healthy diet, but sometimes I could use the extra vitamins in my drinks when I know I'm not getting enough through my diet. Overall, I loved the convenience of these individual packs, their ability to completely dissolve without hassle and the light clean taste. The only con I found was if you leave the drink sitting out for a long time it begins to have a strong vitamin smell. I find that among most of the hydration products I've tried so I tend to drink them more quickly than I would other drinks. I’ve been using mix from a well known brand, but was interested in trying one that was sugar-free. I usually enjoy watermelon-flavored things so this Simply Hydrate mix seemed like a great option. The packets are easy to open without using scissors, so are good for on the go. The color is very vibrant, which surprised me, and the watermelon smell is pleasant. It mixes easily into water with just a straw. However, that is where the positives end for me with this product. The flavor balance skewed salty for me, even though I’m used to some saltiness from electrolyte drinks. Because of this, I struggled to finish the suggested amount, and I actually didn’t feel like drinking more water as the day progressed (with other mixes, I can easily hit 64oz by dinner). It also just made me feel queasy, but I didn’t want to write it off in case I was having a weird day. I tried it everyday for a week, experimenting with different amounts of water to mitigate the saltiness. Unfortunately, I had the same results and ultimately switched back to my previous mix. This product may appeal more to someone who’s looking for those features like being vegan-friendly, but I’m not that crowd so this is a pass from me.

My favorite part of the Simply Hydrate Watermelon Electrolyte Hydration Mix is that they come in single serving packets that are so easy to throw in my purse or the car. We are often on the go to the baseball or soccer fields and in the heat we love to have some electrolytes on hand. These pass the mark for being super convenient, dissolve quickly (with a shaker bottle), and seem to help with hydration! Unlike other electrolytes this one also does not have a salty flavor so that is nice. On the contrary, I felt it was way too sweet and the watermelon flavor is a bit too strong - like a watermelon candy. It also leaves an aftertaste that I don't prefer. One of my children through it had a medicine flavor, but the other 2 thought it was delicious!! So it's really just personal preference. In order to drink it I had to add a lot more than the suggested 16 oz of water. I wish the flavor wasn't so overpowering and will have to try a different flavor from their line of hydration mixes to see if it's just this one or all of them. Being sweetened with stevia and monk fruit could make all of them this way, but for the watermelon I'd give it a 3/5 stars.

The vitamin mix is great, the red color comes from beet root powder (which I super appreciate as someone with a dye allergy), and it uses monk fruit extract to sweeten instead of sugar (another favorite of mine as someone who lives a low carb lifestyle). The taste is great. It definitely has the salty electrolyte taste, but the watermelon flavor is nice and it’s very refreshing. This claims to have 3x the electrolytes, and when I get caught up in my day and know I’m not drinking enough water, I look forward to mixing one of these up. The electrolyte mix also comes in sticks to pour into your water, which I love on the go! I keep a few in my purse which is really handy for me as I’m on the road quite a bit during the week. Overall I really love this drink and the kick of natural energy I get from the vitamin blend! Also, if you are someone who has sensitivities or allergies to weird ingredients that are put in drinks these days, I would encourage you to check this one out.
