useless, worthless. the total fiber content of these pills is zero (0). I keep forgetting to complain so i can get a refund. buy some metamucil or citrucel instead.

Smooth fiber

I bought these for my hubby since he prefers fiber in a capsule versus powders. He really likes this one, it gets the job done without the harshness that plain psyllium husk can have.

Instead of chemical remedies

We both take Tri-Fiber Complex every day. My wife appreciates it because she had been taking chemical "stool softener" pills for constipation, and she now takes Tri-Fiber instead.

Perfect fiber supplement

Bought this a month ago, should of ordered at least one more bottle. Fiber is definitely a supplement I need. Easy to swallow, helps with my digestive system. I will order again but only when Swanson offers lower free shipping purchase amount. All of the products I've ordered from Swanson are the best, specifically supplements.
