Hands down the best GF cookies-i always get the fudgy brownie and I bake 325 for 10 minutes and when they come out I flatten them with a spatula and perfection. No one realizes they are GF and they taste amazing! I LOVE EVRYTHING SWEET LORENS! Thank you!

They are not over processed like other brands and are also gluten free. Depending on how long you cook them they can be gooey or crisp. This dough is free from the top 14 allergens and fully plant-based, which makes it an easy choice when I want something sweet without worrying about hidden ingredients. The packaging is simple but functional. It comes in a standard refrigerated cookie dough wrapper on a waxed cardboard tray with pre-portioned dough pieces that are sturdy, unbroken, and easy to remove. No scooping or shaping, just place them on a baking sheet and bake. The dough was fresh, straight from the fridge, not crumbly or too soft to handle. Ingredient-wise, this cookie dough is made with a gluten-free flour blend of oat flour, potato starch, and tapioca flour, cane sugar, chocolate chunks made with unsweetened chocolate, cane sugar, and cocoa butter, sustainable palm oil, water, natural vanilla flavor, baking soda, and sea salt. Nothing complicated or artificial. The texture of the raw dough is remarkably similar to traditional non-vegan cookie dough, with just a slight grittiness that completely disappears upon baking. Flavor-wise, it's close to the real thing, rich, sweet, and chocolatey without tasting vegan at all. When they bake, they expand slightly bigger than the dough pieces, but not by much. The edges cook to a light crisp, the centers stay soft and chewy, and the chocolate chunks melt nicely. Sweet Loren boasts that their ingredients are inspired by clean eating and the owner’s own struggle with cancer. Though it does mostly have clean ingredients, the fudgy brownie cookie dough does have palm oil, which is an extensively processed oil. All the other ingredients are minimally processed, and I wish that a palm oil alternative was used. The cookies were easy to bake- I made 3 and kept the rest to save later. I put the frozen dough on some parchment paper on a cookie sheet and baked it for 14 min at 325°F. They came out extremely fluffy! I actually patted one down. I ate them while they were still hot and WOW… they are VERY fudgy and sweet and fluffy and delectable!

As far as gluten-free goes, these cookies are the best tasting, and even gluten eating people can’t tell a difference! Even if it doesn't look ready, just shut off the oven and let it rest so it'll finish properly. I really enjoyed how easy it was to make- very stress free and low mess. The taste was very good and my teeth didn't hurt no matter how many I ate which tells me it's not overly packed with sugar. I'd definitely buy this at some point for a cookie craving or quick dessert to entertain guests!
