Good for hard to reach places
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and how skinny the rod is to allow you to really clean everything well. My only complaint is its hard to get it statically charged to hold onto the dust and not just drop it after wiping it off. It doesnt feel cheap and should last a long time especially with the refills

Like the first time using a condom
Works well. Replacement is weird. Some reviews said it didn’t lock into place, but it does. It’s a button by the swifter- My problem was putting the new attachments on the darn thing. It’s a mystery!?! No instructions (shouldn’t actually need any) but there isn’t a feed line. It’s honestly like a 14 year old trying to use a condom. “Hope his works!” lol - what am I doing wrong?

Thanks for giving this Duster Kit a try, Michele. To put a new duster on the handle, slide the prongs of the handle into the two sleeves of the duster and pull it onto the handle until it meets the base of the handle. The sleeves are open on both ends so either end will fit on the handle. If you have any questions, give us a call at (800) 214-8734.

Unhappy!!
I have used Swiffer and so many of their products for so many years and overall I am happy. I don't know how this product has received so many five stars - when I'm testing corners and my ceiling and my walls that are taller than me - 6 ft tall areas it should be reaching without retracting every time I'm pushing up to dust. This is possibly a handheld duster now and I'm not understanding why they would create the extension without some locking mechanism

Missing refills
Missing refills and supposed to have 8 altogether. Only one on the wand.
