I have used Swiffer and so many of their products for so many years and overall I am happy. I don't know how this product has received so many five stars - when I'm testing corners and my ceiling and my walls that are taller than me - 6 ft tall areas it should be reaching without retracting every time I'm pushing up to dust. This is possibly a handheld duster now and I'm not understanding why they would create the extension without some locking mechanism

It holds under really well. I’ve had no issues with it. I think it’s a great value for what you pay. I definitely would recommend this product.

It’s very durable. I don’t know if you can wash them but it’s nice that you can and would. That would make it eco-friendly.

Between this, a carpet cleaner, and a vacuum I was able to get the room cleaner than any other in the house. I do think it seems a little expensive, especially for the build quality (it's plastic and a little flimsy), but man does it work well at picking up dust, hair, spiders webs, smaller lint, etc. It's got decent reach and I love how easy it is to swap the fabric heads (learn the technique once and know it forever). It works great on all hard surfaces - yes, even bathroom floors. I normally hate cleaning but this singlehandedly makes my life a lot easier. I can just run through the house with it and swipe dust off of most anything. I'd recommend this to anybody. Easy Five Stars!

I have cherry wood paneling that have odd surfaces but this made it so easy to clean them! They are jagged old wood pieces but the style of the duster pick up dust I couldn’t see and didn’t tear! I only wish it came with a cover and a little baggy to store the extra heads! Great value getting this many replacements as well.

The handle felt okay in my hand and the pads trapped dust great. I did not like that it took two refill pads each time which is an added expense.

I used it to dust my entire 2,200 sq ft home, tackling a variety of surfaces from walls to crevices, baseboards, light fixtures, and even ceiling fans. It was impressively versatile and allowed me to clean hard-to-reach areas without the hassle of using a step ladder. The extendable handle and flexible design saved me so much time and effort. What really stood out was how much it sped up the dusting process. The fibers effectively grabbed dust and debris rather than just moving it around. Cleaning ceilings and high angles was a breeze, and I felt like I had everything I needed to keep my home spotless. That said, I did notice that the plastic material could benefit from being a bit more durable. When applying extra pressure, I felt it wasn’t as sturdy as I’d hoped, which would improve its performance for tougher spots. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with this product! I plan to continue buying refills because it has unquestionably become a staple of my cleaning routine. If you’re looking for a duster that is efficient, versatile, and makes cleaning a whole lot easier, I highly recommend this one. It’s absolutely worth it!

With this bundle, I’m able to easily clean off my fan blades, the tops of my mounted tvs, the fridge, and everything else in between without any dust flying down onto the ground or needing a plastic bag to catch it. Very useful tool that will always be a part of my housework arsenal.

Before I'd either use a broom, which did a terrible job, or stand on a chair and reach up there with a duster. Now, all I have to do is extend this swiffer duster and I can clean waaay up there with ease. A long and annoying job is now done in under a couple minutes.
