What is the point of this product?

I used this duster on fan blades and blinds, and all it did was spread the wet dust around. Plus, the shape makes it awkward to hold and to clean. Even a wet paper towel does a better job than this. This gluten sponge is the most useless cleaning product I've ever bought. It also has an unpleasant smell. I've read the other reviews were others said the duster got moldy. I'm not too hopeful about mine being an exception.

Contains gluten!

While new packaging has it listed on the front this doesn’t seem to be a well known fact. As someone who is wheat allergic and gluten intolerant it was a total bummer to find this unsuspecting wheat starch/gluten ingredient in this cleaning tool. I did use it before discovering the allergen and it did work fairly well for thick dust. I hope they reformulate and move away from any use of top allergens in their products.

Great for tricky surfaces

This sponge holds together well, no falling apart like cheaper ones. It’s more than just a wet duster. I have textured walls and beadboard walls, and this gets into all the grooves easily so I can actually clean them right. Durable and versatile. Would buy again.

This is an amazing "tool" for dusting !

Love this! Game changer ! I rarely take the time to write reviews but I could not pass on this. Not only does it do a fantastic job dusting normal things, I tried it on my dining room light fixture’s glass shades that are normally a nightmare to clean (difficult to take down, show every spec of dust…did not think that through when purchased). I literally wiped them with grooved side of the sponge and used a soft cloth on a few streaks, magically they sparkled in just minutes. I have tried many other dusting “tools” and nothing compares to this inexpensive sponge.

Best Duster You Will Ever Find!

I bought this item to clean my blinds and it is amazing for that but I have been pleasantly surprised to find so so many more uses for it! I recently needed to dust many paintings in my home and struggled to find a safe and effective product to use on them, until I thought to try this duster. It worked perfectly and didn't damage any of my paintings, it was the perfect dampness to clean and remove dust but left no moisture on the canvas. I can't recommend this enough every home needs one.

I used this for my screens in my windows which had a ton of dirt on them. It worked amazingly and I didn't have to take the screens outside and spray them with a hose and wait for them to dry. Just wiping on both sides. I also used it to clean my oven. Worked great, but completely ruined the sponge. Totally worth it.

Nice idea but doesn’t work at all, I bought it to clean dust from my blinds and it just made the dust wet and spread it. A dump microfiber cloth works a thousand times better

Great but the mould is an issue

Bought this and it worked a treat - once. Rinsed and left to air dry only to find mould growing on it which is obviously an issue judging by the reviews. Such a shame because it does a great job with dusting.

Does not work

I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong, but I don't think so. This does not pick up dust... Very confused how it's suppose to be effective. It just made the dust clump up as I wiped.
