A: Mine does not stay extended either. I start out with it at the 6 foot mark but it does not lock and goes back down. What am I doing wrong

A: Our apologies for any confusion, but the handle does not lock. It uses friction to keep the pole extended. You may not be applying enough pressure, or too much.

Our Heavy Duty 360 degree Dusters are great for cleaning high and low, tight spaces and open ones. You can use either side of the Duster to clean. If you have areas that you need specific placement to get clean, our one-sided regular Dusters would be great.
