The duster's extending mechanism no longer holds it's length, so at any length, it just hangs loosely. Can't stay at one length, it always drops out extends when you don't want it to.

It’s broken in one use. The head quality is very bad.

Duster 360 Refills - Original - 11ct - up&up™ I was assured that the 360 refills fit this duster. The first order of the refills did not arrive. The second they arrived and they do not fit, same as swifters. What is the disposable refill for this duster or is it a 'once is it?'

I already have an extendable duster from Swiffer, and I assumed I was buying another just like it when I purchased this. I assumed it would be plastic and extend to maybe 3'. Instead, what I got is an amazing heavy-duty duster with a metal pole which extends the duster over 4' so I can actually reach the ceilings in my livingroom. I LOVE it.

I used this to dust my baseboards since I'm pregnant and can't really bend down, this is doing the trick. Only thing is the duster seems to be shedding. But it stores up well!

I really like this duster! It is the perfect length. It is long enough to reach the tops of my doorways, cabinets, and fans, but not so big that it would be tough to store. The only flaw that I've noticed so far is some of the strings have fallen out of the duster. I haven't washed it yet, but am concerned it might not last long.

It is a great duster that seems well made and is sturdy and handy to have around the house. I am able to clean fans and lights that are installed on very high ceilings. I would recommend this duster to anyone.

I love this extendable dust wand! There are a lot of hard-to-reach areas in my home, including in the kitchen and the sunroom with a vaulted ceiling, and this wand has an easy feature for extension. It's easy to use and easy to pack away. Love!

This simple expandable duster makes it easy to dust my hard to reach window sills, fans, and the tops of cabinets. I really like that the dusting end snaps off and can be washed and reused, so no need to buy refill dusting pads. There are additional dusting pads that can be bought so you can have one to use while the other is being washed.

It’s very easy to use, it works well, and it’s comfortable to use! This duster is really nice. It has a telescopic handle that extends fully. It’s super easy to unlock and extend the handle and then lock it back in place securely. The duster end can be fully extended as well or left at many different angles for cleaning. This is also super easy to do with the push of a button. The duster head itself is also washable and reusable, which is really nice! The duster head can also be replaced if necessary as well. I also love the comfortable handle on this duster. It's very squishy and comfortable to hold on to. The duster itself is super easy to dust with, it traps dust really well, and I love that I can choose the length and angle that I need to clean for each specific dusting task! All in all, this is a really nice duster! It’s very easy to use, very adjustable, washable, reusable, and works really well! I would absolutely recommend it!

The Extendable Dust Wand by Up&Up is another winning product that we are so happy to have discovered. This dust wand has an extension arm that is easy to use and locks in place at different angles. Additionally, the dust mitt is removable and washable. What an excellent product!

This duster has so many great features-extendable, bendable, removable dust pad to put in the wash. I used it on the blinds, vents, etc… It picks up so much more than the disposable dusters! Oh and it has a comfort grip handle that is padded. So great!
