HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE product! My neighbour took it upon themselves to clean an elevator with this. I entered the elevator unaware and was trapped as the doors closed. I got a horrible asthma attack, coughing up phleghm and almost throwing up. I had to use my emergency inhaler and wash my hair three times to get the smell out. I had to immediately wash all of my clothes. It is 2 hours later and I am still coughing up phleghm. It has ruined my Easter weekend. It will take days for me to recover. My lungs are burning and my eyes sting. I have a headache and am exhausted from coughing so much. I hate this product. I know it is Swiffer Wet because I saw them using it. Please stay away from this. It is full of terrible ingredients.

The power mop works very well, but the lavender smell is disgusting. I have tile floors, and the smell still lingers after three days. Can't you offer a detergent that is either unscented, or with a more subtle odor?

Love the idea of easy cleaning. Though the solution has too strong smell even I used limited amount. I just purchased today though I'm considering to discard it. Opening two doors for one hour. Still horrible smell lingering in my house.

I finally found something that is safe to use being that I have small children. The smell is so refreshing and long lasting. It leaves my floor glistening. It’s worth every penny!

Good product cleans fast,does a good job and smells great. Only issue is it uses tons of the fluid each cleaning. I went trough the entire bottle in just one cleaning.You can not substitute another cleaner so you better stock up on refills.

Needs strength adjustments for the scent

Scent is way too strong. I purchased as a back up to my normal mop for when I don’t have time. The positive is that it did clean up better than the Wet Jet, and other swiffer products. It has more spray solution that goes onto the floor. So, it is the closest thing to a mop without the bucket. That said, the negative is the “fresh” scent is so strong that in order to use the correct amount of product, you can’t enter the room for about 90 minutes after use. It smells like over scented febreeze. Think Axe Body Spray on your floors. The brands I prefer for scent are Mrs Meyers, Pine Sol, and Dr Bronners. The scent is over powering, and smells cheap to the point of being malodorous. I am disappointed to learn that the best option is to probably go with scent free.

This product works well--but I had to stop using it because the smell is absolutely too strong. It actually made me feel sick. I have told everyone I know who is sensitive to scents not to use this product because of that. They don't appear to have a low scent or unscented option. So the only thing you can do is not use it.

This stuff is awesome. Smells so good and the scent is long lasting. Cleans really good ,leaves my floors shiny clean and fresh. The bottle last for a few moppings so it's worth every penny. I have a hard time mopping floors but this has made it so much easier for me. Awesome product!

I love the mopping system it is wonderful and the fact that it can swivel and click to an upright position for the pad to clean areas you need that for, however, please make a unscented version or very light scent like lemon etc for your sensitive to scents people. I wouldn't want to use this version even for company. We may have a migraine party by accident. Help us. We love this system.

Cleaned the floor well, but the horrific smell of the solution gave me a headache. If you are at all sensitive to heavy smells, do not buy this product. On top of that, you cannot refill the container with a softer refreshing smell, you can only use their refill. Bad business.

Product seems to work, but it literally stinks. It smelled up my whole house for hours. I bought the "FRESH" scent hoping it would be least noxious. I had to open all windows and put fans in the windows to air out the house (and it's 95 degrees in Dallas). It DOES seem to clean, but it's not worth having to endure the terrible smell for hours. I would buy an unscented version if they had one.

This would be a great product if the scent wasn't so strong. I used it for the first time a week ago and thought it was strong. I was coughing alittle, but I only did a quicky to see how well it worked and didn't think too much of it. Well yesterday, tried again for all of the floors. I coughed from early morning until bedtime. Headache from coughing so hard. Inhalers and albuterol did not help. I ended up with nyquil for bedtime and hoped for the best. This product is not good for anyone with lung problems and scent triggered attacks. Lesson learned. I do like the smell just not what it did to me.

Wonderful power mop and I love using it! I would have given it five stars, but the scent of the cleaning solution is too overwhelming! I see a lot of comments here and on different websites that agree with me and wish that Swiffer would make an UNSCENTED cleaner. Please consider giving the people who love the Swiffer, but can't stand the smell the option of an unscented solution . . . you would make so many people happy.
