PLEASE FIX THE COVER
It’s fine whatever. Works fine. But what irks me more than anything is the way the box is made. The plastic cover on top NEVER fits and is always falling off. If it so much as tips over, the liquid that the cloths are in spills out. We use these as my job and it’s the MOST INFURIATING THING EVER. Please design a cover that actually fits. It’s not that hard. I’m begging you

Scrubbing strip needs to be underneath further
Why doesn't the scrubber strip fit nicely underneath the base? The strip all we seems to sit on top of the base so you can't really even scrub anything. Can you please move the scrubbing strip further down so when you tuck the ends into the slots on the top the scrubber strip is underneath the base instead of on the side....

Swiffer saved the day!
Outstanding! We had our 15 year old dog who had a nose bleed we could not stop. We rushed him to the vet and they stopped it. When we got home the floor looked like someone had been stabbed. I took the Swiffer with a wet pad and every bit of blood came up! I was so happy since I thought I would have to scrub on my knee’s the hard wood floor. Thank you Swiffer for saving my knee’s!

I don't want to revert to the mop and bucket.
Swiffer mop does a good job of cleaning our laminate flooring. The "fresh scent" liquid has a near stifling odor. Can you supply something that is at least close to being scent free?

Product changed - not for the better.
The pads work well as a quick clean, always liked them. But, the formula has changed and they added a scent which is horrific. The smell stays around for days and is so strong it gives me a headache. I wish they left things alone. I will never buy it gain due to the heavy odor. Literally smells lie some nasty VOC was added (volatile organic carbon).

Smells good, decent clean
I don’t know how I feel about the clean but the smell is great. Such an easy way to do a quick mop between deep scrubs and very refreshing. I do feel like it leaves a small residue so would not recommend for only mopping product.

Pads are just a bit too short. Difficult to securely attach. Certainly another 1/4 to 1/2 inch of material won’t adversely affect company profitability.
