We have invested in a few interventions to significantly reduce the damages while in parallel we work towards a full solution. We have already: * Conducted in-depth analysis of all raw materials confirming there have been no identifiable changes from any of our raw material suppliers * Invested in additional labor for visual inspections of product before it departs P&G Manufacturing Site and before it leaves P&G Mixing centers * Increased brown box case compression strength by 16% as of August 2023. * We have seen our internal damages reduce by 30% * Additionally, there will be the typical seasonal reduction in damages as humidity levels drop where as high humidity levels weaken the corrugate causing the tubs themselves to carry more of the weight during transit. We believe we have identified additional solutions that will reduce damage rates back to standard levels and are targeting Spring 2024. Our technical community is conducting thorough ship and production testing over the next 6-8 weeks.
