Outstanding! We had our 15 year old dog who had a nose bleed we could not stop. We rushed him to the vet and they stopped it. When we got home the floor looked like someone had been stabbed. I took the Swiffer with a wet pad and every bit of blood came up! I was so happy since I thought I would have to scrub on my knee’s the hard wood floor. Thank you Swiffer for saving my knee’s!

The pads work well as a quick clean, always liked them. But, the formula has changed and they added a scent which is horrific. The smell stays around for days and is so strong it gives me a headache. I wish they left things alone. I will never buy it gain due to the heavy odor. Literally smells lie some nasty VOC was added (volatile organic carbon).

The pads are soaked in liquid which made them drip and when attaching. So much liquid squeezes out at first that I felt like I should be mopping up the excess. There is no way to control this. After the floor dries it feels smooth but becomes sticky when wet. It's messy.

Pads are just a bit too short. Difficult to securely attach. Certainly another 1/4 to 1/2 inch of material won’t adversely affect company profitability.

If you haven't already, we recommend to align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will ensure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Once that's done, make sure the cloth is tucked into all of the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. I don’t get why they won’t make an unscented option. The fresh scent is so overwhelming I’d rather not mop. All windows are open for hours and it still seems like someone sprayed air fresher directly in my face. It’s bad for our health and unnecessary.

They actually do clean my floor really well and leave a nice, not-overpowering scent in their wake. They last through more than a few messes before needing to be changed, and are a lifesaver especially in the kitchen. I would definitely purchase again!

It dries fast too, which is appreciated. The wipes are strong, so no worries it will fall apart in the middle of mopping. You can’t go wrong on your daily tasks with Swiffer brand.

I took a star off just because the packaging should be better. The plastic lid covering it is very flimsy, and it seems they knew this was a leak risk since it was mailed to me in a plastic bag within the box. Other than that it’s great!
