A: not that I am aware of - we have 2 small dogs & have add numerous small children within our house hold and we have never had a problem with any “toxic molecules”

A: Absolutely, Eve. The WetJet Wood is safe to use on finished hardwood and bamboo, ceramic, laminate, linoleum and vinyl floors. It's safe for sealed granite and marble floors. Contact the manufacturer of the floor for any questions or test on a hidden area of the floor before use. Use only on sealed, finished flooring. A: If you have our newer model, the battery compartment will be on the lighter purple section, opposite the bottle compartment. To open the battery compartment, push the area with the arrow UP.

I wasn’t sure I’d care much about a mop, but the Swiffer WetJet actually surprised me. It’s really easy to use, and perfect for days when I just want to do a quick clean without dragging out a bucket and mop. I’ve mostly been using it in the kitchen, and it does a solid job picking up grime. The cleaner smells nice too, which is a bonus. Only thing is, you do have to keep buying the refills—but honestly, the convenience makes it worth it for me.

The product stops working and it has nothing to do with the battery. I have changed the batteries and have bought a new mop and the same thing is happening again after a few months this time. What is the problem with these mops, I don't have money to buy a new one every two to three months.

We know how frustrating it is when your WetJet is leaking, and would like to help. Please know, there are many quality checks in place to ensure only the best products reach you. We have some tips, that we think will help. Remove the solution bottle and keep it upside down (with the cap pointing towards the ground). If the bottle drips, the clear rubber seal is damaged, and the refill will need to be replaced. It's also important to ensure the bottle is clicked into place in your WetJet. Make sure the narrow side of the solution bottle is against the pole. The bottle is not meant to be opened or refilled; additional bottles are sold separately. If these tips don't help, please give us a call at (800) 742-9220, so we can offer further assistance.
