Q: It states that there is a suction cup mechanism on the bottom My question is the following: It looks like the clear rubbery bottom should be removed in order to action firmly however, I am no sure .
A: Hello Meg.There is a lock set at the base of mirror.Just put the base on the smooth surface, and rotate the ring counterclockwise, and the suction cup will be tightly pressed onto the surface, securing the mirror in place. Rotate the ring clockwise, there is no pressure on the suction cup, and the mirror can be removed.I hope this could be helpful to you.
