I can feel burn. I like that it comes with different resistance bands that others don't. It was very easy to put together, and the little bag is a perfect addition to store the extra bands. It's also comes with an easy fold out workout guide. So happy with this purchase!

Product is great. Comes with everything needed for a total body workout. Exercise chart is great to reference the different exercises. Bands, handles, pilates bar, and ankle straps are good quality. Highly recommend.
I believe this will help me to gain my wlking and mobility back after surgery.

I got this only a couple days ago, but hope it will help me get back my walking and body after 3 surgeries. I did rehab well and continue to do the exercises each day here at home. This fitness package seems like I will have all the available ways to exorcise all the body parts I need to rehabilitate!

I'm very happy with my purchase. I always preferred using the weight machines at the gym and would suffer through using bands at home. Now the bands attached to the bar makes at home workout so easy. The set up is easy and the bar is very comfortable in my hands. Bands are sturdily built and easy to connect to bar and foot straps.

I didn't have high expectations for this but it surely exceeded any that I did have. Its small and compact so you can take it anywhere. It has held up well for several months now. Love being able to take it with me when Im traveling to get a little work out in.

I really like this bar to do my stretching and exercises! I don't really like to exercise but with this bar and a u tube video, I am really liking it. My husband loves to stretch with the bar in the morning before he starts the day. Great price and wonderful item.

I've been sick for nearly 4 years and finally figured out what is wrong. I needed something that could be low impact to start muscle strengthening. It's really easy to put together and take apart. My 17 year old daughter has used it more than me and it gives her a great burn. It also come with a "poster" of suggested exercises.
