Directions

Put 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. See side of carton for directions for use. Directions for Use: Hold the bottle just below the cap and twist the cap to open. Before first use, hold the bottle upside down and dispense one drop of product to discard. Shake the bottle downward to remove residual product (see picture). Place 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and blink. After use, shake the bottle downward to remove residual product that may be left on the tip (see picture above). Replace cap after use.

  • A: Having used eye drops most of my life due to Sjogren's syndrome and severe dry eye disease even when I tried to wear contact lenses, suggestion from both ophthalmologists and company making the eye drops, recommendation is to wait at least 15 minutes after using the drops Before inserting contact lenses. If any doubts or questions, check with your doctor or a pharmacist.

Too thick, Not hydrating, make my eyes itch, and cause a weird film

I find these specific Systane drops too thick, they don't stay in the eye, don't provide any hydration for me. I was also disappointed that it is to be used within 90 days. No mention of it on in the details on the website but the box only. I need it only a few times a month, so the bottle will go to waste. I will go back to the vials, more useful, economical and long lasting.

These work for episcleritis!

I have dry eye induced episceleritis in my left eye. I have tried a majority of drops, gels, and ointments on the market. I eventually ended up on steroids but the long term side effects are horrible, and knew I could only use them short term until I found a solution. Refresh/-cellulose based drops recommended by my opthalmologists were keeping my condition persistently aggravated, and no one had any idea this was the case. As I continued to experiment with drops, I started Systane’s PF hydration drops, and with two weeks of consistent use, my dry eye induced episcleritis finally subsided. This was after 6 months of trial and error with eye drops. Now I only have to use eye drops in the winter or when i use the heater. Give these a try, and make sure when you’re using these, do NOT use any other brand simultaneously. Formulations definitely do react with one another, several combos were making my eyes significantly more irritated. At night, plan to out in these drops just before you are about to sleep - put a couple drops in each eye, and close your eyelids and keep them closed until morning.

Poor dropper design

The dropper design is horrible. I had a sample vial and thought the product itself was adequate so I ordered a bottle. It is so difficult to get even a drop out of the bottle, it is a waste of money.

Bottle sucks drops are great

I got ICL surgery and this was a doctor recommend for healing and dry eyes. The bottle isn’t great air gets trapped after one use and it’s annoying but the drops are good. Wish the bottle was better for how spendy they are I have noticed it helps with red eyes from dryness too!

I found the bottle difficult to work with. Air left the bottle permanently after one squish and I felt like I had to touch it to my eye to make sure the drops would land in the correct spot.

Not helping but worse !

I usually use Refresh brand and got this from the eye doctor office as sample to try. First time I tried it, I woke up with swollen, itchy red eyes. I thought it was something else. I used a second time and it gave me the same problem. I went to eye doctor to treat my swollen eyes and she told me to stop using it which I did of course. I went back to Refresh brand since then.
