Takeya 22oz Actives Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Spout Lid

Mostly love these water bottles, but why doesn’t the official website sell the rubber bases in the same place they sell the spouts? I’ve lost a couple of these already and it’s not easy to replace in the same color you bought them.

I was here when Takeya was still patent pending. It’s the only reason I’m able to drink 60 oz of water everyday—COLD, UNENDINGLY CRISP water. My coworker lovingly calls it “Antietam” for the amount of dings and dents it’s endured under my ownership. But I’m afraid I am attached to it for the long haul. My Takeya is ALWAYS the water my bozo brothers grab for on our hikes too. They know it’s the best. Easy to clean, so I don’t get a strange mold-borne disease either 👍

These bottles keep cold or hot for hours

I've used mine pretty much daily for a couple of years now, and I'm so pleased with how well it continues to perform. I've never had trouble with it leaking and will confidently zip it inside my backpack when I need to keep my hands free. I replace the rings every 6 months or so when I can no longer scrub them clean, and I particularly appreciate being able to easily get replacement gaskets here on this site. It will allow me to get many more years out of this water bottle.

Bottle still holds liquid, is leakproof, and does stay moderately cold for a few hours, but after almost daily use and multiple trips through the dishwasher, the bottle seems to have lost most of its insulating properties. The bottle is exceptionally cold on the outside, and does not keep ice and chilled beverages cold throughout the day. I have a travel tumbler from Takeya that still works fine, but this one's going in the trash.

Not to big to hold in your hand. No straw. Love that.

I used to spill water on my laptop all the time and have to cover it with rice to try and dry it out. Who needs rice when you have a zero leak lid!! ❌💦🙌

I love this company! I have given gifts from Takeya! I always hand was my bottles but will add tops to the top rack of my dishwasher. One day I was in a hurry and put the bottle in the dishwasher and it bleached out spots on my bottle. Vey disappointed.

I like the bottle but it’s too tall to fit in the top rack of the dishwasher so I returned it

I bought this a month ago from target in replacement for a 14oz takeya that I liked very much. It’s leaking a small amount near the drinking sprout and making a little mess but I did not care too much as it was holiday season I had other things to do. Today I realized that there is no rubber ring inside the small cap. I emailed the customer service and they told me to buy the replacement as it is not part of the warranty. They are basically selling defective product and asking the customer to pay for the replacement! I could have just returned it to target but I have some stickers that I really don’t want to lose. This is the worst customer service experience.

It keeps ice well but the handle broke within a month of use. It's a soft rubber and doesn't hold up.

My family and I have been using the Takeya Actives water bottels for many years. We've tried other brands (Hydroflask, Thermoflask, Stanley, RTIC) in between, that don't come close to the quality and durability because of the price, but ultimatley we keep coming back to Takeya. My kids went from the 18oz to the 24oz to the 32oz now that they are in middle school. My husband uses the 32oz and I am using the 40oz bottle daily. My kids are rough on thier bottles, once by using it to try to get a ball that was stuck in a tree down by throwing the bottle up into the tree several times and letting it fall to the ground!! It was dented after that, but despite the abuse, the water stayed cold and it didn't leak at all for the 2-3 weeks it took me to get around to getting the replacement bottle. We love the spout lid! It's simple to use and easy to clean! I order replacement gaskets to keep on hand in case they begin to mold, which has happened twice in all of the years we've used them.

This is my second 22oz Takeya water bottle and I’ll never buy another brand! Takeya bottles keep my ice water super cold for over 24 hours. Fits in my hand. Loop makes carrying easy. Size fits in all cup holders. I prefer the straw lid so i ordered that from Takeya thru Amazon.

We own a bunch of these and use them daily. I love that the spout lid doesn’t have small parts, holes, or fiddly straws that are difficult to properly clean. I don’t remember whether it’s officially recommended, but all mine go through our dishwasher multiple times a week, have for months, and still look and work like new. The double-wall construction keeps water cold all day long. Of the eight in our collection, only one seems to need an extra tight twist to keep the lid from dripping occasionally. The rest have never leaked at all.

Keeps water cold and like the carry handle. Would have preferred the 17 oz. but couldn't get it in time for our trip. But so far I really like it!!!!!!

I got gifted this about 2 years ago it doesn't sit straight with how much it has been banged up yet it holds water and keeps it cold for hours

It only keeps the ice for four hours,I don't recommend it.
