Takeya 40oz Tritan Water Bottle with Spout Lid

First let me say, my family has been a fan of the Takeya/Thermoflask insulated metal water bottles for 8+ years - we’ve probably owed a dozen in a variety of sizes. However, I cannot recommend the Takeya Sport Tritan bottle. When my son’s middle school allowed only plastic water bottles, we decided to give the Takeya Sport Tritan bottle a try. What a mistake! After only 15 days of school usage, my son’s Takeya Sport bottle fell off the cafeteria lunch table (~30”) and a huge hole burst in the bottom center of the bottle. This bottle design has a manufacturing weak point where the plastic mold comes together in the bottom center. Takeya refuses to honor their warranty stating that they don’t cover accidental damage - a plastic bottle should be withstand to take a 30” drop without cracking. I guess we will be going back to the competitor’s tritan bottles which can withstand a 6’ drop without shattering. I do not recommend this product.

Great water bottle, seems really durable. Narrow enough to slip into my backpack's side pockets. I like that the sides are perfectly straight -- that makes it easier to put stickers on it.

this bottle is so fire. light, easy cap that you can open fast and satisfyingly, the cap stays too so it doesn’t hit your face when you take a lil sip, and there’s an elastic band that is definitely fire to fidget with. like i said, solid W.

Great water bottle. My middle schooler had to have a clear one. It holds a lot and doesn’t leak.

This is the second Takeya Tritan water bottle that I have purchased in the 24 ounce size. I loved the first one but ended up giving it to my husband. I ordered the purple for me and found that the sprout lid is not as tight as the first bottle. About 50% of the time, the screw lid hits me in the nose when I take a drink rather than stay open. I'm not sure how to fix this issue.

I already owned one of these water bottles and when my wife needed a dependable bottle I ordered her one too. We’re not big on pop up lids and straws, just a quality made bottle and these are perfect!!

Just love these bottles! I use them around the house. I especially like the spout cover with a built in handle.

Nice bottle. Has screw-on lid with screw-on top that covers drinking hole, top flips back and stays in place so it doesn’t fall on your face while drinking. Transparent so you can see how much you have left. Also has a loop to carry it by. Pretty color.

My two kids and I have been using the Takeya Triton water bottle for years and these are seriously the best. The plastic is durable and easy to clean. The spout lid is the easiest to use of any water bottle I've ever had. And I love that I could get different colors so everyone knows which bottle is theirs. I love these bottles!

Great water bottle all around! Love the locking cap, wide mouth for refilling and the overall size and shape (perfect for backpacks.) The holder is also great for walking with/clipping into things

I’m picky about water bottles and Takeya is my favorite by a country mile!

Love it. It’s lightweight and fun to put stickers on. Doesn’t leak in my leather bag at all. Easy to wash too.

I bought Tritan Water Bottle with Spout Lid 24oz. for my husband so that he can hydrate while driving. The bottle fits cup holder perfectly. Also I like spout lid because it's easy to clean. O-ring can be switched to new if it becomes deteriorated. So he can use the bottle almost permanently!!
