The Tanologist Self Tan Airbrush Mist is an ultra-hydrating self-tanning mist that gives you a natural-looking, streak-free tan. This fast-drying formula brings you professional results at home. Infused with skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid, jojoba extract and vitamin c, this tanning spray helps to brighten, soften and hydrate the skin for a tan that lasts. The lightweight, 360 airbrush mister gives a touch dry application within seconds for your quickest, easiest self-tanner application. Directions for Use
Exfoliate 24 hours before tanning. Moisturize dry areas such as hands, feet, knees, ankles and elbows prior to application. Mist products directly onto skin, blending lightly with mitt. Your tan will develop within 4-6 hours.

    I have heard great things about this brand and how it’s a simple spray that doesn’t leave any feeling on your body. However, as soon as I was done, rubbing it into my body, I immediately felt incredibly sticky. I ended up showering after 30 minutes because that was as much as I could take of the sticky feeling. Furthermore, the smell of this product is horrible. It made me very nauseous, and that was another reason why I washed it off so soon. I also broke out into hives pretty much as soon as I put it on my body. I have no doubt that this product would have left a nice glow, but with the stickiness and the smell and everything else, it was not for me.

    Kinda hard to spray. Comes out clear, which is possibly a positive but it’s a lot of liquid that comes out and you can’t see the color to know if you’re blending good enough. The worst part though is, I feel like it was an orange hue did not like the color.

    It’s not a mess. It’s a fire hose. And I’m not even sure I actually ever got tan from it. You are left feeling sticky and gross like you have a film all over you. I’ll stick to any other tanning product other than this one.

    Disappointed

    Disappointed as I really wanted to like this. I’ve used the tanologist spray and liked it so I had high hopes. The scent isn’t too bad but I wouldn’t call it pleasant. The “mist” was the most disappointing. Unless I got a bad nozzle, the spray was much more than a mist. Even at a distance, too much product sprayed and I ended up dripping in tanner! Once I used a mit to soak up the excess and ensure an even application, I found the solution to dry in about 10 minutes. Still too soon to give a review on the color, but the application alone makes me dislike this product.

    Decent color, awful spray

    Both medium and dark color is good, but the nozzle is TERRIBLE. At least with the old packaging, you could pour the solution into a different bottle. Won’t be buying again because the sprayer is SO BAD (and I’ve been self tanning for 7+ years).

    TERRIBLE

    awful. it’s the worst sprayer ever and left me so spotty and uneven. You’ll still need to rub in to apply so what’s the point of the spray? i’m so embarrassed by how i look.

    If going for the mist, airbrush application skip it.

    It isn’t a must at all.. like others have said it comes out like a stream. I made sure my legs looked good and wet and then used a mitt to rub it in. I used the medium and the color is nice.. not super dark just a nice light tan. It is a bit sticky till it dries and takes a little bit to dry( because of the large stream that it comes out as) definitely hard to spray your face. But the final result was decent. Not sure if I will buy it again or not..

    Not as good aa the foam

    I’ve used that tanologist dark foam for awhile, and loved that color, but not the sticky feel…so I thought this would be better. It’s unfortunately not. It sprays out like a wet jet spray, which also gets on other things near you. In addition, I applied liberally and after sleeping having it on overnight I felt like i hardly had any color the next day even though this was the DARK. It was also still somewhat sticky. I’ll stick to the foam.

    Do Not Waste Your Money

    This is HORRIBLE. It is NOT a mist. It’s a JET. It sprayed everywhere. The instructions are so tiny on the bottle, had I known I was supposed to apply with a mitt, I wouldn’t have purchased it. I had to dry it with a hair dryer. Absolute garbage.
