Q: how long does this last?

A: it lasts a good seven days as long as you keep moisturizing your skin while its on and make sure you exfoliate and moisturize before using it to get the best and most natural looking outcome. The company has some good videos and tutorials on their instagram account @tanologisttan if you want to take a look, you can find them in their highlights. If you search on youtube you could probably find some good tanning routines there.

A: Hi hannah! Yes, you can! For a light tan you can leave this on for as little as 2 hours. But if you are going for a deeper bronze you can leave it on over night and wash it off in the morning. Hope this helps!

A: Thanks for asking! Our products work to even out skin tone which can reduce the appearance of scars, blemishes, and dark spots. Expert tip is to add moisturizer on top of any dry spots/scars to avoid product clinging.

A: Whether you choose to tan with the water or mousse is really down to your own personal preference. The mousse is a smooth, velvety foam that is designed to be pumped on to a tanning mitt and glided over the skin. The water is designed to be applied as a light mist, ensuring that the skin is saturated with the product and then buffed into the skin using your tanning mitt. The end result of both products is designed to be the same, it’s really just your preference in formulation!

This stuff is amazing. I really wanted to be a bit tan for my wedding but never had the time to tan, and didn’t have the money or time for a spray tan. I’m quite pale with redness that I’m self conscious about so a couple days before my wedding I got sad thinking about not being confident in my dress. I had this mousse that is never opened so I thought what the heck let me try it. I wiped it on with the same brand’s tanning mitt and went to bed (on my pure white sheets). Woke up the next morning glowing with an even tan, and my sheets still pure white. I applied it two more times before the wedding and it turned out great. Everyone was complimenting me on how tan I was and when I’d tell them it was self tanner they were shocked. Several showers later I’m still tan, so I get to enjoy it into my honeymoon. 1000/10 would recommend.

I mix it with lotion. I treat this like tanning drops. I put lotion in my hand, add the tanning mouse, mix it together and apply. I think k this method keeps it from making my knees and elbows too dark, it isn’t streaky, keeps it from smelling like self-tanner, and I’m killing two birds with one stone - moisturizing and tanning!

I’m giving four stars because it can sometimes be orangey, but the clear formula is the best in terms of rubbing off. I used to use Sunny Honey Bali Bronzer because the color is impeccable, but I think this lasts longer and doesn’t rub off on clothes and sheets like others

I had to use the tanologist tanning drops in light. I thought the mousse would give me the same results, but it did not. It’s very orange and not a tan. I’m disappointed. Going to return it, I’m so upset with the results.

it dries really fast and to me it doesn't look orange it looks really similar to my sisters natural (in the picture me on the left and my sister on the right) and btw it does lighten up kinda of a lot when you shower I was scared bc I didn't expect it to be that dark but I actually ended up adding some gradual lotion to it to make it a bit darker bc to me legs are never tan enough😝anyways tanologist plz sponsor me ily

It came out kinda orange I prefer bondi sands more since they have green base rather than orange. Also this made me breakout super bad and I never break out but I started to have flare ups with acne and it also has a odd smell to it. I’m very fair skinned and this was pretty orange but worst part I would say was how it clogged my pores and made me breakout.

The medium level gave me a subtle natural healthy glow. My skin is naturally pale with reddish tones and this gave me just enough color to tone the redness without looking like I just got back from an island vacation. I will try the dark next, as I think I’d like more color during warm months. *I showered then applied with a mitt and the color developed evenly. I stand in front of a fan while getting ready so my skin dries completely before getting dressed. I love that there is no tinted color guide so it doesn’t transfer onto clothes or sheets!

This is the first sunless tanning mousse I’ve ever used and after a couple trial runs for application I was able to perfect it pretty quickly with the application mitt. I have vitiligo and therefor have very pale skin and this went over quite well. I did find that leaving it on over night gave me the best results.

This has just the slightest of tans. I’m very pale and red headed and just wanted a little something for my legs not to look so pasty and I’m able to just put this on my legs without telling a drastic difference in my whole body while still giving a slight color. If you want something that will give a lot this is not for you

Love this stuff. Used it on my legs (they refuse to tan) and the color is exactly like a natural tan. Not orange at all. Very easy to use. Not sticky or oily at all. I only left it on for about 2 hours and got a nice tan shade but I'll probably leave it on longer next time.

I got the Light tan since it's my first self tan this year and I'm pretty pale. I'd say it's a good introduction for a first self tan of the year as it's very subtle. I did only leave it on for about 2 ish hours so I'll try again with 4+ next week. I can definitely see a difference though and the major plus is there isn't any blotchy or dark areas. I really liked the application with the mit. It is pretty sticky while processing but I guess that could be expected.
