Additionally, the wand has a very sharp flat end so the bristles scratch my eye lid at the end point. very disappointing.

It doesn't smudge, cake on or rub off easy Ive even had it on after a work day filled with meetings when Ive gone to gym after and sweat and it does not run and give me that black eye look
