Love the shade, but not a fan of the fuzzy applicator bc it can smear any base lipstick I’m wearing - really just a personal preference. Super shiny and pretty though!

Ok so there were a bunch of negative reviews on different websites about this pumping lip oil, but it went on sale so I decided to give it a try. The "gritty"ness that people mention did not occur to me at all. Perhaps it's because I got the clear version, I do not know. It strongly resembles my other lip plumper purchases like buxom & even sephora plumper, but definitely gives that lip oil look not just gloss. I keep it in my car now. A little goes a long way, like 2 pumps lasts me a few applications. I would purchase again.

I am surprise why this product is not over 4 stars, it is pretty good makes my lips hydrated and a small mint feeling cooling on lips. I got it during 21 beauty days event when it was on sale. they do have a lipstick of this kind as well. I equally like both! If you want an oil lip gloss based get this one! If you want it in lipstick get the Maracuja Juicy Lipstick version!

I have 4 shades and love them all. I think that Tarte has the best and biggest variety of lip products on the market. These plumping lip oils are comfortable and do not sting - they just feel similar to a peppermint chapstick so the plumping ingredients are gentle but effective. The Pom Pom applicator could be better as a it is easily damaged but I do keep using it even if the applicator is always there and I would still get more and recommend because the formula and color range is amazing!

I need to start by saying this lip oil is, hands down, one of the best formulas I’ve ever used. It’s been my everyday go-to for months, and I’ve already gone through more than five tubes. The formula is truly one of the best I’ve ever used- lightweight, comfortable, and gorgeous on its own or over any lip combo. It plumps my lips beautifully with a perfect amount of tingle (subtle but noticeable, which I personally love), and it’s become one of those rare products I can’t leave the house without. But the pom-pom applicator is a major flaw. The tip breaks down far too quickly, making it nearly impossible to finish the tube and forcing customers to repurchase long before they should. For a formula this good, that kind of packaging failure is incredibly frustrating and disappointing- it doesn’t do the product justice!! If the applicator were redesigned to be durable and functional, this lip oil could easily be the holy grail lip product on the market- a product people would repurchase for years without hesitation. I will still recommend it wholeheartedly, and I’ll keep buying it because the formula is just that good, but Tarte, PLEASE fix the applicator. This product truly deserves better!!

Shade I got is Buffed Apricot, it's sheer unlike swatch online. Exactly what I wanted! I have light-medium skin tone and medium pigmented lips. Reads like a tinted glossy balm, natural looking.

I have never used a lipstick/gloss like this one before with the spongy tip applicator but I love it. I have naturally full lips and the plumping is just enough to enhance my lips naturally and comfortably. I have used other plumpers that have burned and hurt my lips so bad and made them look swollen and unnatural but this formula is perfect. I love the shimmer as well.

This product is beautiful, but unfortunately the glitter feels so gritty on my lips. It's uncomfortable.

I love the tarte lip products because of the tingling, cooling sensation, but some of them go on too thick. Thats why i prefer these lip oils. The only draw back is that its really hard to tell when its low or empty. I guess im lucky because I've been through 6 of them without the applicator falling off (the main complaint in the other reviews). It would be awesome if tarte would come out with a lip oil that has a wand for application instead! But until then, i'll keep purchasing!

Just buy the Maracuja Juicy Lip plump shimmer glass lipstick. Its waaaay better!

Glad to see it's in shimmery shades, and would order again, however only giving it 4 stars because the tip of the sponge applicator broke off after a few weeks of use.

I like this brand, and it plumps your lips well; however, the ball of the applicator is quite fragile, so you need to be careful when applying.

I was expecting this to be more plumbing, but its not. I actually haven't seen any plumbing effects from this. the color is pretty but doesn't last long & no plumping

I got introduced to this product as a sample and fell in love with it! the applicator on the sample was like a little paint brush. After buying the full sized one, I was so disappointed in the spongy applicator. This is my second time to buy it because it's a great product, but both times the applicator tip breaks off and is messy! I hope the team at Tarte hears our cries and does something about this!

Here i am with over 70% of the product left that I can't use because the applicator fell off. terrible. and I see with reviews everyone had same issue but you don't get to see these reviews when shopping in store unfortunately

The spongey puff thing is really fragile and the product itself is sticky and hard to spread

I love these I have most colors it's the best lip plumper and the neutrals are my favorite I highly recommend

I love the color and how it gives my lips a slight plump. The applicator ripped and is half hanging on making it difficult to apply.
