How to use: Using a mirror, place the open curler on bare lashes, getting as close to the base of the lashes as possible. I absolutely love this product so so much. The eyelash curler curls my lashes so well, my lashes have never curled this well before they have always stayed downwards so I was a bit nervous to try this one but it has worked wonders, and the mascara is amazing!

I tried this product for the first time years ago and was a big fan. However, I purchased a new one a few months ago and it started pulling my lashes out when curling (without any product on lashes). I thought I had ended up with a defective one and finally got around to buying a new one a week ago, but on the first use it pulled out my lashes again. I contacted urban decay directly but they said since I didnt purchase from them they couldn't help :/

I keep coming back to this one as it is the absolute best. However, the spring breaks and you must replace the whole curler. Im on my 5th one in as many years. I have tried other brands but they simply don't compare!

This one curls my lashes good! The 1st one I bought barely broke on me this year, so I had to repurchase it. Amd it's worth it because it last me 4 years. However, for those out there that want refills on the silicone pads I found some on Amazon. A customer posted a photo of this exact eyelash curler and said the pad fit. This curler is comfortable in your hands and on your eyes and does a beautiful job in seconds. And the mascara extends my eyelashes but doesn’t bother my sensitive eyes. I plan to buy the full size version.

I'm pleased to say it works. I have straight lashes and hooded eyes, but it still works, whereas other curlers have given me a hard time positioning them around the eye socket and curling the lashes. I also like that the curler came with a replacement pad.
